Not well maintained, the room was not very clean (chips on the floor, old socks under the couch etc). The pool was very dirty.

The breakfast and the receptionists were outstanding. The rooftop pool was also very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, beautiful and safe. The walk to the property (located on a hill) involved several flights of stairs and is not for everyone.

Great property near all the attractions in the main Athens town. Very spacious rooms for Athens standards and they also offer mini bar and snacks that come handy when you arrive late and need the basics.rooftop pool is also nice on a hot summer day and the rooftop restaurant bar is very convenient for a relaxing day in. Breakfast was excellent and basic to your needs.service was excellent and always helpful. Gym was well maintained and equipped as it should be. Nothing everything was perfect

Amazing location, lovely pistachio trees all around, Katerina was attentive and very friendly and helpful. The property is great. Beware that if you are coming with toddlers there are 2-3 steps leading to the bathroom.

We didn't like that we had a view of a muddy wall and construction right below our suite sliding door. The walls of the room may be soundproof, but the door was not. The door was also difficult to open. The code worked but the door itself kept jamming. The suite itself was clean, the bed as well, but the bed had a very soft mattress that as I slept and got close to the edge I felt I would roll off right off. We only had breakfast one morning, but we should have skipped it. It was not great, and my husband got, thankfully only mild food poisoning from the eggs (he found a big piece of eggshell in the scrambled eggs) :/

The property is beautiful! And it’s probably one of the safest places in Athens! The room is a huge with two big bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom

Location convenient for us (Yes it is on a hill, but walking is perfect, and taxis cheap) Very secure (cops all around, prime minister lives nearby) Rooftop Pool and bar nice Staff very nice and helpful Bed too soft Noisy (Street and entry door)

Property and staff excellent .very peaceful we loved it Location was at the top of hill with lots of stairs .we walked down into Athens every day ,definitely say get ready to pay for a taxi at the end of a full day walking the city .trip cost about 10euro

The staff were fantastic. They always accommodated our request and were so helpful - Stella and Iriis are amazing.. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. It satisfied our needs. The location was a good 10 minutes walk to the main shopping district. It was nice to take in the sights along the way The snobbishness of some of the guests who think they are above it all. And being rude to the staff.

I was comfortable. There is a small selection for breakfast, but it is enough for breakfast Yes the fridge was a little noisy but not critical at all The hotel smelled great, as well as smelling clean and a good odour in the room, it was pleasant The staff is very nice, this hotel did not ruin my impression of travelling to the city I would stay at this hotel again if I were to visit The TV didn't have smart tv and I couldn't watch youtube before going to bed The shower spilled water on the floor, but it didn't spoil the experience

Decent neighborhood, situated very close to historic Lycabettus Hill. When coming from Kolonaki you have to climb almost 200 steps, but it’s an enjoyable walk between nice apartments and lovely cats :) 10 minutes walk to lovely streets. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Satisfactory breakfast. Comfy room. Would stay again. Cars climbing up the hill make noise, it is a bit disturbing in the mornings.
