I like how this property has lied and was deceitful from the very beginning with the listing making it look like a cute boutique hotel when it is a motel. My room had a hole in the ground. The receptionist stated he knew about the floor and that in the first 30 minutes I asked for a refund. I never asked for another room. He suggested I could stay in the room provided for one night and the next morning change to another room. Why would I trust you with my experience in Athens, you already gave me a horrible room that you thought was okay. I no longer trust the company, the receptionist, the management because if you would put my safety in jeopardy by renting a room with damaged floors like that, you’d do anything. Very disappointing experience. Within the first 30 minutes of arriving, I realized the room I was assigned did not match the quality and presentation I expected based on the listing photos. As I inspected the room further, I found stained bedding, insects, and damaged flooring concealed beneath a rug. The flooring issue was especially concerning. As I walked near the night stand I felt my foot Dip and the floor squeak. After lifting the rug, I discovered broken and displaced floorboards with a visible gap underneath. The condition was serious enough that police attended the property and documented it in a written report. I reported the issues immediately after arrival and did not feel comfortable staying in the room. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and recommend that guests thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival.

central Worst place we stayed in a very very long time.. everything was super basic or broken. Felt like nothing has been repaired in the room. Towels were old and rough. It was very expensive for a place likely this. Wont stay here again. First time writing a bad review :( but you have to take care of the rooms if you respect your guests

Cheapest place we could find for a single room during a big concert weekend. Close to a metro Bed bugs. There was intense violence, shouting, crying from a room a few doors down.

The shower in the room was filled with flies, some of the electric sockets in the room did not work. When asked for assistance, the staff were very unkind.

The price was affordable for an easy location coming off the plane. Check-in and out was easy. Also, we left our bags locked up at the checkin desk until other accommodations could be confirmed. The rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaned better.

Amazing location , and the staff was very sweet They ran out of towels and it was 90 degrees but no AC was working so I couldn’t stay the full 2 nights as expected

The hotel is in an unsafe area, but it’s just a 3 minute walk to the metro, which is a plus The hotel is very old and the rooms are very outdated. During our 3 day stay, the room was never cleaned. The minibar didn’t work and there was a slight smell of tobacco, which made it unpleasant at times. Overall, I felt a sense of insecurity, even inside the hotel

Located in the center of Athens, veryu close to a lot of interest points. If you are looking just for a place to stay and not have very much expectations this will be a great deal. The price is a little to big compared to what it offers.

However, the bedsheets and towels were not clean when we arrived, so we couldn’t use them initially. Thankfully, the host replaced them later.

Nothing Potent old cigarette smell in the rooms and beds. Was told it was non-smoking despite ashtrays in both of the rooms I switched between and a horrible smell.

Great location. The room was good overall, and the staff was nice and helpful. Towels were scratchy, but clean.

Nothing. My hotel room smelled like smoke and had an ashtray in it. The door knob to the bathroom was broken. There were no glasses in the room. I couldn’t get hot water to take a shower. I wasn’t comfortable walking around the hotel at night . This was not a good value for the money.

Very close to Omonia metro station. Very helpful and pleasant staff. My room was clean, air conditioned and had a balcony. The price was very reasonable. There are good and inexpensive places for breakfast nearby and a very good souvlaki place opposite. Some people don't like that area but for me it is fine and interesting. The hotel rooms and furniture are a bit tired and due for a refresh. If that happens the price must surely go up. The shower head needed attention and the TV had no signal but I found the hotel fine for a couple of nights and would probably stay there again.
