Staff, clean and location

The pictures of the restaurant need to be updated. Decoration, completely different. Looks a bit retro now. My floor the carpet needs an update. Or modern floor, and new walls decor.

The location was absolutely amazing! Bang in the middle of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Rooms are very small, they only give u one bottle of water per guest. We had to buy water for the rest of our stay. Breakfast eggs are not freshly made. They're always cold.

Staff was friendly and helpful Room looked out at abandoned building- very noisy from street at night. Balcony with prime view was closed for renovation, but did not tell us before making reservations

The location is accessible to everything. The staff are nice particularly our housekeeper. The staff at the rooftop is also very helpful. The breakfast, particularly the bacon is too salty and the croissant bread in some days are not fresh, I could tell it was from the day before because it is not crispy like I ate on my 1st day.

Location and cleanliness I left a small plastic bag in the package room that had spices and medication in it. The bag was misplaced. They only replaced the money for the spices, but not the $125 for the medication.

We are repeat customers, and love this place for the big rooms, incredible views, comfortable beds and great staff. Breakfast is also delicious, and love the rooftop. The staff is professional and accommodating. I love the easy transportation out of Syntagma Square. Amazing place. Will come again. I was sad to see the rooftop bar is closed in the evenings. Also, it would be so perfect if there was a gym in this hotel.

Incredible location. We could easily walk everywhere and there are great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable. Room was on third floor with a street view. It was quiet and we slept well. It was very clean and there was room service daily. Did not use the upstairs restaurant but it looked great. Had an amazing view from there. We stayed for three days in the middle of the week. Staff was courteous and easy to find. We had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Location and Customer Staff They have a club next door and the music is loud. All family rooms face the loud noice from the club. Parties continue until 3 AM so was hard to get sleep at night.
