Nothing at all. It was the worst hotel expirience i had with my family. Breakfast was really bad. Some cold pieces of bread and a few things & coffee. Location was really far from the center of the city and it was in a rough are of the city. Bathroom smell really bad everytime you flushed. Bathroom flush buttom got stuck a few times. AC was very hot the whole night even after setting temp on lowest setting. Hotel look very different from pics advertised on website. I guess you get what you pay for but hotel rate was not cheap. It was the worst family hotel expirience i ever had.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. A nice place to land after a long flight from Australia. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and included in the room. At the top of the building, there is a small common area with amazing views over Athens. The view was not the best, looking straight onto the back of adjoining units, which meant drawing the curtains most of the time when in the unit. I would have liked access to coffee and tea in the room, but maybe they were available downstairs at other times.

Bath place was a little bit small.

I booked this hotel just for one night and I’m very impressed with customer service and how quiet and clean this place is. Yes, it’s an old fashioned hotel but it’s very well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. One thing that stood out: I was leaving very early the next day and the hotel team were very kind to offer a coffee and snacks for me so that I could have breakfast before I go. They also offered me home made pies “to go” and they turned out to be delicious! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Economy Double Room. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Hot shower worked at all times. My room was cleaned and they replenished my toiletries and towels every day. I did get good sleep when I was transferred to a room with A/C after having an asthma attack. This hotel is a good option only if you are a smoker, which I am not because I have a severe allergy to cigarette smoke. I was first assigned to a smoking room with no A/C (the balcony door just opened to let fresh air in, which wasn't good for me because I value my privacy and my room was visible to the occupants of the apartment building next to the hotel), and had an asthma attack because of the cigarette smoke smell. There was no active cigarette smoke but the smell lingered from the last occupant. I had bronchial spasms from it so bad I thought I needed to go to the emergency room. The receptionist moved me to a room with A/C, provided me a bottle of water and checked on me if I was okay after a few hours. It took awhile for me to settle from my breathing problem, but imagine this when I was just here for a pleasant first visit to Greece! I thought I wasn't going to recover. The lights also didn't work well and I felt like I was just moving in the dark the whole time. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Staff is nice, very accommodating. The aircon broke on my last night however they were able to offer a fan so it’s not that hot during the night.

Great hotel in terms of value for money. Comfortable rooms, shining clean. The breakfast was a basic Greek breakfast, but tasty and fulfilling to begin the day with. Metro is 10 minutes away and the bus stops are just across the street. A large supermarket 1 minute away and minimarkets around the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. They greeted us with a smile upon arrival and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, a gesture we truly appreciated! Breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared, offering everything you need to start the day with energy. What stood out the most was the dedication of the kitchen and dining room staff. These hard working ladies ensured that everything was clean, well-stocked, and that guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and quick response to refilling items did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is very convenient and traveler-friendly, equipped with essentials like air conditioning, hair dryer, soap, fresh towels, and daily housekeeping. The cleaning staff did an excellent job: our room was always tidy, the bed neatly made, and fresh towels were provided daily. We felt cared for and appreciated the cleanliness! One minor downside was the absence of an electric kettle in the room, as we enjoy having tea before bed. However, when we asked the reception for help, a lovely young lady with a warm smile promptly brought us hot water and cups, her kindness made our night! The only real challenge was the location. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, requiring a bus ride or a 12-minute walk from the nearest metro station and then about 4 stops on the metro to reach the city center... Despite this, the exceptional service and care we received made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome!

Thank you Theo. The manager went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. We would return for a visit, just to say hello and cat h up with Theo. An absolute star x Breakfast was ok. Would have liked a brown bread option for toast. That's it really.

The room had ample space and amenities, the shower was big and the water hot. A small refrigerator was in the room and the overall layout of the room easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 little ones. We were very impressed. Staff were available 24hrs and friendly. Elevator was small. And I didn't understand the TV although the remote may of just had flat batteries.

It was rather comfortable compared to those hotels near the city center. this hotel is simply tucked a bit away from the city center but it was very humble and great! I stayed for 3 days in another hotel but it was rather small, Athens city hotel gave me a superior room. the staff during breakfast were amazing which made it count more than the simple food. a bit far from the center but the taxi going to the main attractions were just 5 euros away :)
