Not enough pillows,tea,milk,coffee,glasses

Great location and good AC! Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Need more pillows and the bed was super firm.

The shower head was way too high! There was little counter space in the bathroom.

There appeared to be a street party on the evening before I left. This wouldn't have been an issue per se, but I was leaving at 2am.

Room was smaller in size but properly equipped & very clean Pillows were too soft & blanket was very light & thin

The property is very central to everything! Not a huge deal, the balcony is a shared one with another room. We were under the impression it was our own.

Loved they offered two bedroom options. Comfortable stay and in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered us umbrellas for the rain and let us used their outlets adapter to charge our phones. N/a

In the first day, the elevator was broken when I had to go to breakfast, and I had to descend 6 levels on the stairs, with a cane! Eggs served at breakfast have been cold every time. The hotel should find a method of keeping them warm. The fruits were green, and hard to eat (apples) I have seen no bananas or strawberries (it is the season!), which would have been easier to eat.

The location is really convenient and close to everything. We could reach the main attractions on foot. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Although the hotel is in the city center, the sound insulation is good, so the noise from outside doesn’t bother you. The bed and pillows were also okay. The room doesn’t look like the one shown in the pictures. The ceiling is too low, which makes the room feel cramped. In addition, the curtains don’t properly cover the window, so a lot of light comes into the room, making it difficult to sleep well. The breakfast was also disappointing and didn’t look like the pictures at all.

The location was great- right in the Center of the city and walking distance to many sites but the room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok.

Staff was very friendly, the location was great. The jet tub on the patio was a bonus and awesome for after a long day of walking. The bed was like a 40 year old roll away cot. One of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The sink was a giant basin with almost no counter so toiletries and shave kits had to be left on the floor and the shower had no door so water was all over the bathroom floor.

Great location. Easy to get to. Lots of restaurants nearby. Simple and efficient room. Loved the beds.

I didnt like the breakfast and the bed linen and towels were very old.

The Hotel has a good location, nearby Monastiraki and the Central Market is close as well. The staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was tasty. I guess the breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Staff was very pleasand and great! Location was great, quiet and very near to the spots as well. we had early check out and they prepared lunch boxes for us in advance!
