Small property in great location. Rooms are modern and clean and spacious. We had family room that came with 2 bedrooms one king, one queen. Close to everything you want to do in Athens plus it’s on a quieter street so you don’t get the noise of traffic while trying to sleep. Nothing

The room was nice, the breakfast was delicious, and it is in a great location.

Probably the best part is the location. The room had a nasty odor and it felt like there was a lot of moisture. In addition, the windows were looking straight into a wall which was tactically hidden and not mentioned anywhere.

Location, room was ready when promised and they brought our luggage up to our room. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Also, free toothbrushes, toothpaste, and coffee as well as the bottle of wine were all very nice touches. Nothing. It was all very good.

Bed bugs and housekeeping wasn’t consistently cleaning our room even though we asked them to.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was possibly the best of all the hotel breakfasts we had in Greece. The room was clean and modern. It was easy to get to from the metro and easy to get to the Acropolis - a bit of a walk, but easy. And the little gift basket was a very nice touch.

Everything was exceptional, especially the location and staff. In particular, I want to thank the woman who prepared the breakfast (I don't know her name, but her son is the manager -- I refer to her as "Mama"). We told her son we needed to leave at 5:00 AM the following morning so would miss breakfast. He told Mama and she prepared a wonderful bag lunch for us which was waiting for us when we left at 4:45. Mama doesn't speak English so I want to tell her "Efxaristo poli! The meal was Poli kalo" No issues.
