the room seemed pretty generic and dated for the cost. the wifi was really bad in our room so we had to go to the lobby to do any work, which was annoying. there wasnt a real gym as well, which also was disaapointing despite the cost

Very nice hotel in a great location

The bed was one of the best ever slept on. You could even customize the pillows and sheets… Room was dark and quiet. Wifi worked throughout the time there. Shower was really nice. Location was so close to the metro and tourist locations. The rooftop bar at the site made the whole end of our trip worth it. Mini fridge could’ve been colder.

The roof terrace is exceptional. The Hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful. A real difference! I would stay there again next time! The view of the Acropolis is truly something! The have a thing going with their pillows, but I could not work it out. The ones they supplied were uncomfortable - too thick, even thought he were praised as memory foam. The offered a long list of exchange pillows, but with two nights only, no point.

Centrally located to destinations visited.

Nice clean rooms. Really beautiful view of the Parthenon from the rooftop where you could have dinner which was delicious. Highly recommend the food there. The room was a little tight, but part of the problem was I had booked a triple so there was an extra bed in the way. Our room also faced the back alley, but it was quiet, which was nice.

Our room had very tight quarters; limited walking space between the edge of the bed and wall. No toiletries. Thought I was getting a garden view but the room faced the street. I was too tired to request a change. It was fine for our short stay.

Wonderful location essentially right next to the acropolis and acropolis museum. Hotel property very well kept, only slight negative described below. There was a sewer gas odor in the bathroom. Others have complained about it. If someone is extremely sensitive to this, be sure to ask them to move your room - apparently it does not effect all rooms equally.

The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere. The acropolis museum is just down the block. The restaurants in the area are good. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The shower head broke and they sent someone to fix it. They just stuck it back together, so it fell apart again!

Excellent location and wonderful staff just made our first time to the area extremely positive!

Breakfast was great offer European and American style food. Ordering omelet was a little confusing.

Great hotel, staff, rooms were perfect. The superior room with the acropolis view was amazing. The upstairs roofdeck was awesome. The jacuzzis were great.

Staff and location were excellent; front desk staff very helpful in organzing tours and gave good guidance on options. Porter most helpful and considerate. Public areas, dining room and bar were very welcoming and comfortable. Food service was helpful and efficient. Bed was too soft. Bathroom smelt of drains (room 415). While the view of the Parthenon was excellent, the curtains were too small for the window and the floodlighting could not be screened out. Room cleaning was a bit hit-and-miss. Bathmats were not always present; tissue box not replenished. Dining room menu had very limited choices - with more options and we would have eaten in-house more often.

Location! Pleasant & classy entrance and stairs to rooms. Rooftop bar opened - spectacular views. Exercise area is silly & insulting. People who exercise aren’t kidding. It’s standard to provide at least a private, clean, comfortable safe area - even small scale, with two or three machines, some hand weights etc.

Hotel website and booking.com listing claim that air conditioning is provided. However, it is turned on/off seasonally - not provided in April - and room was hot at night.
