Clean, friendly helpful staff, near the main road with restraunts and shopping

Nothing The room was so small that it was unsafe and hazardous to stay in. It ruined our whole Athens experience.

We booked a twin bed room. We were offered a windowless basement next to cafe toilets. We refused it. We found another pace.

Asked for a double room, specifically emailed stating we would have to cancel if they didn’t have a double room, and they did not provide us with one upon check in.

Clean hotel, great location. Breakfast was ok, it did what it needed to do. Loved the view from the hotel room. It was a little difficult to communicate with staff, except one of the receptionists due to the language barrier. But we managed, not a huge minus. A preference thing to keep in mind: the beds are hard. Also keep in mind if you're allergic to cats you may have a problem in the common area. Personally I loved the cats!

The room did not match the expectations based on the listing. Although described as having a balcony, there was no usable balcony, only a door with a barrier, and the entire view was blocked by a fixed awning, which significantly limited natural daylight and completely prevented any view of the sky. As a result, the room felt dark and enclosed, which was not clearly communicated in the description. Additionally, the bed was not suitable for two adults, despite the reservation being made for two people. The size and setup did not meet reasonable comfort standards for two adult guests. I documented these issues with photo and video evidence and shared them with both the property and Booking.com. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including providing medical documentation explaining why one guest could not travel, no compensation or adjustment was offered. Overall, the experience did not reflect the expectations set by the listing, and I would recommend future guests to carefully verify the exact room conditions before booking.

Very tasty breakfast. Excellent coffee, service and everything clean. The staff in the reception are amazing people. We had nice discussions with them. Thanks to mr Iordanis for the nice talk and tips.

Very friendly personnel.

We had the family suite. 4 adults in the suite. Very comfortable. We all had breakfast, lots of options and lots of food. Staff pleasant. We are English speaking and they accommodated us very well. I don’t think anything on their part

Location was great. Beds were terrible. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. And the A/C hardly worked

The staff was friendly & accommodating arranging our taxi to the airport. No air conditioning. Shower door was broken. Friends found a bed bug in their room.

The service and the location!!! The air conditioning was not working properly. A bit better after they fixed it, but still does not work properly
