Quite polite guy in the reception but the hotel is very old and located in a bad neighborhood. The elevator was very old and it smelled really bad. The toilet was very small and dark. The worst part was that some foreigners were fighting really loud in the room next door and due to the very thin and old door, I felt very unsafe. I just packed my stuff and left immediately.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was what I expected - in need of some TLC but clean enough and I got a good nights sleep. The door knob to my room was slightly broken. The shower space was too small. But it looks like the photos and not bad for the price. There is a slight cigarette smell in the room.

We was on 6th floor with the good view from window. Good hotel, area around hotel is not so good, but looks like every south-east overcrowded city. District is kinda dirty with a loot of poorness and abandoned buildings. In morning when we was going back to hotel, was a lot of garbage on the small streets around. But main street was good.

The ROY Hotel offers a fair price but it’s quite basic. The rooms could use some renovation. Cleanliness was acceptable, though the area can feel noisy at night. It's okay for one night if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.
