Nothing. The hot water and lack of water pressure, shortages in wifi and electricity, bad sound insulation. Poor AC.

The position was convenient for my purpose. Close to shope, cafes and restaurant's. Close to all forms of transport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel could do with some refurbishment. Tea making facilities in the rooms? I have stayed here before and would certainly stay again.

Location was good, staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. It wasn't very clean and had a very strong smell of old smoke. The bathtub was a very strange shape and could only be used sitting down, even for showers. The plug also didn't work. There were no sockets next to the top end of the bed to plug in phones.

Very cheap for what was largely a proper hotel Room was smokey, even after they changed the first one, heating didn't work, showerhead pointed out horizontally, toilet oaper long way from toilet! No parking because there were barriers in front of the hotel

They try to do some good job. No hot wather Poor heatng Smell od cigarets from previous guests.... Renovation may be solution

I love it. The staffs are so nice and approachable specially in the reception ❤️ Everything's fine the room , the staffs but only please the shower. We are confused of using it.
