Urban Frame Acropolis

The elevator was small and a bit slow.

Location is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Rooftop terrace is nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many sights and restaurants. The room was clean with air conditioning. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable on the balcony. Cold water in the room refrigerator was replenished every day. We would return. Thank you.

Nothing stands out. It was a very good value.

Location is exceptional - in the city center, near transportation junction (tram, bus, metro). Very friendly and eager to help personnel. Quite rooms. Unfortunately, there was no fried eggs for breakfast, only boiled. Hotel is located between motorcycle workshops, that's not make any inconveniences, beside esthetic one. There is no drawers nor wardrobe in the room.

Limited amenities: no usb port, power turns off when you leave the room so even the mini fridge does not cool if you aren’t there. Bed is very firm.

Breakfast had lots of choices, a complete breakfast, overlooking the city! Sara gave us a warm welcome/reception, briefed us about the hotel policy, simply answered all my queries, where to go, the direction to Acropolis and even the taxi fare. The night Desk receptionist Yanis (John) was very nice, he even offered cigarette GREEK blend to my spouse. This is a Family Hotel, and I will surely recommend Urban Frame to my friends, I took one business card as a souvenir. Thank you Sara and Yanis!!! The taxi driver going to the airport did not overcharged us, and was polite. What I did not like is one day stay only, it should have been three days !!!

I wrote to hotel about earlier check in but get room key at 3 pm. Breakfast was so so poor. Just chess, egg and bread. Was so hungry.

e had a very pleasant stay at Urban Frame Acropolis. The rooftop terrace for breakfast was a really nice touch, and the breakfast itself was a good, basic start to the day. The room size was comfortable and the bed was very cozy, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent. It is close to the train station, and we were able to walk to all of the main tourist attractions, which made getting around Athens very easy. The only small downside was the elevator. It’s quite small and quaint, fitting either one person with luggage or two people without much extra space. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to be aware of.

Staff were kind and attentive, the room was big enough and location is perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds. Breakfast could have been better especially coffee but it was ok.

When I was leaving, they even gave me a small drink gift, which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much for such great organization and hospitality. I liked everything.

Friendly, smiling and always helpful staff. Kettle, water and tea & coffee provided in the room as well as bathrobe & slippers. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok however there is room for improvement.

A wonderful stay — the hotel was very nice, comfortable, and welcoming.

Internet was not consistent. Dirty dishes from previous guest were behind the TV.
