Clean and spacious rooms. We wanted a place to park our car while we stayed in Athens. Their parking was under ground and easy to access.

If I could have a rating higher than ten for front reception staff, I would say 100! Staff make a place special, and I have high compliments especially for Christina and Jason. They went above and beyond in assisting with local tourism, checking on my lost bag from a previous flight, and giving details for airport transportation when taxi drivers went on strike. I liked everything.

Met all my expectations, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I knew the location going in, so it wasn't unexpected, but it wasn't a great area to walk around the hotel.

Clean, good food, nice staff Parking underground on 5 different levels. Upper levels mostly taken up by permanent residents. Spots are really tight and 10 euro/night - barely fit two compact cars, forget about an suv

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The lady at reception in the evening shift was outstanding and gave us great information on transportation, restaurants and other items. The other staff were excellent as well. The room was comfortable but not luxurious by any means. Breakfast was mediocre - live egg station would have helped as it is not appetizing to eat fried eggs that have been sitting in the dish since 6 am! The bus 040 from right in front of the hotel served well to get to the city centre of Athens in minutes. Overall, the stay was comfortable. Breakfast could have been better.

They allowed early luggage drop and the hotel breakfast was exceptional! Staff was so helpful and patient with us.

Breakfast was excellent & staff were very friendly and helpful. Using the bus to get there was easy and the bus stop was right outside the hotel so taking the bus to the cruise port was also very easy

It was about a 35 min walk to the city center of acropolis and 45 to monastaraki square. Lots of walking and the city has very slick sidewalks and stones so pack shoes accordingly.

Very friendly staff, helpful, convenient located bus ride to the Acropolis. Restaurant, staff and food very good. Excellent breakfast.

Room was very clean, just the right size for me and my wife, something that you seldom find in Europe compared to North America as the size of rooms in Europe is smaller than in the U.S. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good, affordable and tasty. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends who would like to visit Athens. When we requested for something from the cleaning ladies, their response was slow as it seems they had to get clearance from the front desk. Unlike in most hotels that we have been to, the cleaning ladies had almost everything that the guests would normally need, for example, teas, coffees, sugar and cream, if the hotels offers such amenities, here, somebody other than the cleaners had to deliver these things to your room. This was the only thing that we experienced that needs to change in order to facilitate a faster response but otherwise, this hotel is very good, especially the food.
