Location and view First of all room service was very bad and don’t give care about the clean While we checking out the clean stuff advised the receptionist that we missed some stuff specially I forgot one expensive lighter and they hide it from us and didn’t inform us while we were there Finally they close the door of hotel at night which make it difficult to wake up someone to open

The staff were always polite, friendly, and willing to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the waiters were attentive and welcoming, making each morning enjoyable. I also want to mention a situation during my stay. I had booked two different rooms because I was initially undecided about which one I preferred. When I checked into the second room at around 11:30 p.m., the new trainee at reception needed assistance and had to call Ms. Eleni Sidiropoulou at that late hour. I apologize again, Eleni, for the inconvenience. I completely understood that the receptionist was new and needed guidance, and I truly appreciated that Ms. Sidiropoulou answered the call and helped ensure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, I felt very comfortable staying at the Eternity Hotel. The peaceful atmosphere, excellent service, and welcoming staff made my stay a positive one, and I would happily stay there again.

Very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Location is perfect, close to everything you'd want to see around the city. We loved our stay and we'll be visiting again, surely. All was perfect

The hotel turned out to be a scam. The location was fine, but it was very noisy at night. The reception area was very small, and there was no one available to help with luggage. The room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, which was reported to the receptionist but no action was taken until we contacted the Booking team. There was a hair on the pillow when we entered the room, and after requesting cleaning on the first night, no one cleaned it until the second day. Towels were not changed until we personally asked the receptionist, and the WiFi connection was also very poor and unreliable. Perfect location. we stayed in the suite room with acropolis view, the size of the room was good, the balcony was truly amazing. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was not enough closets both in the room and the bathroom even though there were plenty of free space. Considering the best room in the hotel, the closet was very very small and not convenient.

It was “okay” nothing memorable.

Helpful staff

Location. Cleaned. Staff. The AC in our room didn’t work properly. We had to change to another room the last night because it was very hot in the room and the floor. Staff was very nice and apologized for the Inconvenience.

Everything mostly. Petros was very helpful. Physical keys which previous guests might make copy of. Although they said it's a temporary solution until the digital key system is into operation.

Eternity has the perfect location and a great breakfast buffet, and more or less good rooms. I stayed in two of the single rooms: 1 seemed recently renovated, but so recently that it was missing some things. The other was quite nice, but both suffered from the sort of impossible to hack sewage smell in the bathroom: I left the bathroom door open to my second room and when I returned the odor was striking. So many small things could be so much better. The sinks are a funky shape that leads to just no real drainage/coverage with water. The sewage odor in the bathroom. The code entry for the elevator and rooms—just silly, and slow, and in my second stay I had a real key for my door which made it so much better. Oh, and probably the single worst music at breakfast: soft-muzak covers of US pop songs. I'll never understand why some hotels convince themselves that tourists visiting a city want to hear American music! There is so much great, charming Greek music!

The location was great! The rooms were fresh and clean. If you have a room in the front of the building it can get a bit loud at night when trying to sleep.

Really enjoyed the stay, will be back AC is uniform for each floor, so if one room sets it on cold the rest of the floor cant change it

The property was very clean, and the staff was exceptional, informative, and very helpful. I was very happy with the property and the location was excellent.

There is an issue in The room temperature setting. it was too warm. There isn't any curtain in the small window, so the window affects our sleep. There is a small instrument next to door, which flashing all the day for the function such as "don't disturb", affects our sleep.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The staff was certainly the highlight of the property. The hotel has a lot to be desired, and a lot of kinks to still be worked out. There is a lot of potential in a prime location.

The beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked them to be.
