Thé apartment was really well located. Everything was excellent

There is a popular bar at the next building and the music is very loud and stops in the early hours in the morning. Not for people that come for work or sleep early.

The location and the privacy

The noise was a big problem you definitely need earplugs else you are not going to sleep.There was no sound proofing in the room.

The host is so caring, everything was good, we wanted housekeeping service and they plan it so good. Stay was 10/10 for me

This wasn't our first stay and hopefully not the last. The management is very helpful and understanding. The sofa needs to be renewed

Downsides were the size of the room and the cleanliness.

Location is good and central Noisy works, dust just outside the apartment, lack of maintenance as the apartment had many issues: shower in bad shape, broken closets, winning sound in the apartment, bad soundproofing and we could hear the neighbors all night. We arrived and the room was not ready, we were asked to go get new bedsheets ourselves from another room at 11pm…

Owner allowed us that we left our baggage to property before check in. Due to night club street was noisy that house is located

Apartment was easy to find, the lift was very welcome, and the key code worked. 1)The apartment is across from an EXTREMELY LOUD bar. The bar doesn't shut down until after 4.30 a.m. As that is a deal breaker, the host SHOULD BE REQUIRED that massive negative value to post in the description. 2)no flushing the loo paper. If handling your pee soaked and poo covered loo paper is too much for you, then avoid this place. No additional bin bags, so bring your own should be noted in the description. 3) flickering lights after turning the light off. The flickering continued for hours. If epilepsy is an issue, this lighting problem WILL trigger a seizure. 4)There is enough hot water for a 7 minute shower. So don't dawdle and enjoy that shower. 5) The pillows are horrific. The hard one is too hard to sleep on. The soft one pancakes down. Both together collapse if you want to sit up in bed. 6)NO RESPONSE from the host if there is a problem. they do not respond to phone calls, texts, or email. 7) If you spill something on the floor, no broom or whisk is available for cleanup.8)

Nothing It is advertised as a studio apartment, in reality it is like a very small crammed hotel room. Barely any room to open a suitcase or move. The photos show a larger space. There is no stovetop although it is listed under facilities and included in the description. The walls are not soundproof, there is a bar directly below the building and across the street so there is unacceptable levels of noise that continue until 5am everyday. The enterance door was jammed at 10pm at night we were locked inside the building and could not get out for over an hour. During this time the host didn’t even show up. There was no communication as to what was happening. The police and firebregade came. The host is avoidant and does not like to take responsibility for the property’s flaws. I requested a refund after the first night as I could not sleep due to the bars mentioned above, she has totally dismissed and ignored my very legitimate complaint and my request is still pending due to no response from the property 5 days later? I asked to change rooms which was not possible and she suggested I use earplugs. Furthermore, somebody entered my room without my knowledge or consent and left earplugs on the table. When I confronted the situation I didn’t even get an apology, not even a simple ‘sorry it wont happen again’.

The apartment in Kolokotroni is in an excellent location – just a few minutes from Syntagma, and equally close to Monastyraki and Ermou. There are over a dozen interesting restaurants and bars on the street (I recommend the fantastic Street Souvlaki!). The apartment itself, located on the fourth floor, is modern, well-designed, and has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The biggest and most pleasant surprise of this apartment... is its owner, Constantina. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet in person, but she watched over us like the goddess Athena watched over Odysseus – a pleasant feeling that you'll always receive a quick and efficient answer to your questions. If the ancient Greek gods allow me to visit Athens again, this is the place I would most like to stay.

Great location and spacious apartment. The host was very attentive, and the instructions to enter the apartment were very detailed.

Location was great. We used the public bus to take us to the cruise port. My only complaint was that the shower wasn’t very hot

Wifi didn’t work, located right above a loud nightclub.

bed was comfy, shower was massive and the place was quiet. It's not in the thick of things if that's what you're looking for, but a 5-10 minute walk to the train and squares. Had a nespresso machine which I think is a bonus. could not figure out the blinds, but it was so hot we left them down anyway

It was clean, good shower facilities, close to everything. Its would be helpful to have stronger Wi-Fi signal and stronger mattress for pullout couch ( but main bed was great).

Accommodations are well maintained and well thought out for a small space. There is a night club at street level that raged until 2 or 3 AM on a Tuesday night. ?!?
