Nothing The hotel screwed me out of 60 dollars because they turned my room key off and I had to pay twice to get out of the parking deck. I won't be back.

We were in town for our daughter’s game, and the only time we needed our car was to drive there. Everything else—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks—was just steps away. Since we live about an hour and a half outside Atlanta, it felt like the perfect little getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, parking, bed was so comfortable. Our shower had little water pressure. There was something wrong with the handle. It was hard to regulate temperature too.

There were hairs on the tub and shower curtain. The floor didn’t seem clean. The tv didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work to get from the parking deck to the Hotel. The floor we were on was loud late into the night.

Wonderful

3 stars for the location, but one of the elevators wore inoperative on the parking decks and we were traveling with AA baby and stroller. Signage would have been very useful on the easiest way to navigate to the lobby. The rugs in the lobby are filthy and need to be cleaned or replaced. The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the design as well.

The staff is great!

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and our ability to walk to the stadium.

So I did not want to write this review hoping I could get this resolved but after calling six times over the course of eight days with no call back or assistance at all. I was told the issue would be taken care of and taken off of my charge card as it has not nor has anyone given me a call, e mail or text back. I have three charges on my card from the food area that I did not do while staying there. I even talked to someone the day I checkout and was told it would be taken care of. The lack of reply back is not quality customer service at all. Location of the property next to the stadium is great. Rooms is a Aloft room. I go down three to four times a year to watch a game. First and last time I stay there.
