Room was dirty. Not just dated and old, not maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful. Parking wasn't a problem either. I wouldn't stay here again

At 10pm theirs no one to check you in you have to get on a phone and call someone so I did get someone and checked in and then I got the room go in the room not sheets the room was nasty and on the counter white powder I when back to the front desk that was the last room available they guy at the front desk was great

There was nobody there for check-in past 10pm. Do not book if you will not be arriving before then. Not just me, but 3 other patrons were victims. I’m out $200 because this is the only hotel in the country that doesn’t staff a front desk 24/7.

We arrived at 11:15 for check-in, and were told that the front desk would be open until 12. When arriving, the desk was shuttered and no one was around. There was a landline phone with a number to dial for if no one was there, they didn't pick up and the voicemail didn't work. There was a cell phone number to call on the paper, they didn't pick up and the voicemail didn't work. I went to the website and called the company who oversees the property, they connected me to three different people ultimately to be told that someone would be on their way but no further information. I called each number 3 times. It took over an hour for anyone to come, and it was only when some other staff member saw us and called the actual front desk person on their cell phone, who was in the building! The room was not very appealing. I understand you get what you pay for and it was clean enough. There were no visible bugs or anything. The fridge was rusty on the outside and moldy on the inside. The TV was small and out of the way, we didn't bother with it. The bed was firm and the pillows were flimsy. The sheets and blankets had a rough texture. Front desk was condescending and refused extra pillows or washcloths.

Location was ok As someone who is really low maintenance, it’s kind of hard to make me feel like I’m in a bad place. I got to the hotel at 10:20. The lobby desk had a gate closed with nobody in sight. On the wall, it said to use the pay phone to call a worker. I called three times with no answer. On the fourth call, a lady answered and said somebody would be down shortly. Fifteen minutes went by, so I called again with no answer. As I was making the second call, a guy in basketball shorts and a tank top opened the closed lobby and jumped over the counter. He checked me into Room 110. I went to the car, grabbed my things, and headed to the room, but the key didn’t work. He made another key, and it still didn’t work. He said, “I gotta book you another room.” He switched me to Room 330. I went upstairs, and that key didn’t work either. I went back downstairs, he made another key, and it finally worked. I walked into the room, and it was decent. Then I looked at the bed… no pillows. At that point, I honestly thought I was getting punk’d. I just laughed, made a pillow out of my T-shirt, and went to bed. I hate to trash a business because I know how hard it is, especially as a business owner myself, but Jesus Christ… please do better, guys.
