Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport West - Camp Creek Market by IHG

This is a nice property in a great location and walking distance to the Camp Creek mall. The staff was professional and polite. The ice machine sign on the 2nd floor should be removed since that is no longer true. The machines are only 1, 3, and 4 floors. During out stay the fire alarm and strobe lights went off 2x, which was very scary. As my mom and I was walking toward the stairway, we heard the desk rep tell another person it was a false alarm and the fire department was on its way. This hotel is my first option when I come back to ATL to visit family and we stayed down the street for 2 years at Princeton Lakes property.

Our room had a must smell. We bought some glade and it was fine after that.

A/C unit was very noisy and we did not sleep well due to the noise from the A/C

The location was good and there was plenty of parking, the lake out the back was nice. The hotel is very dated, decor needs updating, TV wasn't smart and couldn't connect to anything. No water for drinking in room or a kettle. No ice on the floor we stayed. Took a large amount off my credit card and only refunded days after we left. Breakfast was terrible, really bland, tasteless food.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and understanding. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel was quiet both inside and outside, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Great location near Atlanta Airport. Would stay again if I have similar travel needs.

Hotel is old. Carpet should be removed. I had to get room card rekeyed several time a day. No amenities at the hotel. Hotel closed lobby after breakfast. No place for a large crowd to sit. I will not go back
