Great staff. Really clean, comfortable rooms. Great happy hour. Was surprised by cost for valet parking/lack of parking but my fault for not researching city of Atlanta parking situation

10/10 experience. Best experience ive had at a hotel so far. The space is beautiful, valet people were friendly as well at the people at the front desk. They were very accommodating. Fun engaging activities daily with reminders sent to my phone. It definitely gave princess treatment while on vacation. I cant wait to come back soon!!

It has been 5 days since I have checkout out. The $500 has been returned to me, but the $261 dollars is still tied up in their system. This is draconian.

I hate giving reviews on properties I love because people might catch on and they raise theirs prices. But this is amazing! I’ve been there 2x before and the staff deserves a great review

Staff were great, they try to help as much as they can. But the building is too old it’s falling apart elevator feels like a roller coaster. Hallway stinks, carpet stained. Self parking is crazy you pay for a full day you go out comes back your spot is taken.

The lights in the room didn’t work and the staff never took care of it. Really run down.

Perfect place to stay for visiting the Atlanta area! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice treat!

Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and the service is consistently outstanding. The hotel has a great atmosphere, an excellent location in Buckhead and a team that genuinely cares about their guests. I always look forward to staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.

Fabulous location! Quiet and elegant. Valet only, which was nice. Rooftop bar was a nice vibe. Very reasonably priced for the ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

I love that it’s a boutique hotel without it being too busy & congested with people. Staff is great! Only downside is parking.

The room was spotless and smelled incredibly fresh, which made it feel even more relaxing and comfortable. It’s obvious that cleanliness is a top priority here. The bartenders were fantastic and made some excellent drinks. They were personable, attentive, and created a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Miss Rachel, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The valet team was also on point—quick, professional, and efficient every time I needed my vehicle. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Atlanta. I highly recommend the Kimpton Sylvan and will definitely be back on my next visit!

Great place

Waited 50 min for 2 coffees and 2 waters to come to the room. When we called we were told rudely that we need to call the restaurant ourselves, front desk not willing to help. I had to get out of bed, and all down to the restaurant who clearly had no idea what was as going on, while I was downstairs trying to see where our coffee were, they were delivered to the room. Front desk lady was rude, hostile and not willing to assist us at all. Terrible experience and will never be back.

Really nice hotel, with good amenities. Our room was really a good size and comfy. Loved the drinks vouchers which we used to get cocktails at the roof top bar
