Motel 6 Atlanta, GA - Downtown

Room was extremely hot upon checking. No a/c was on. Took 3 hours to cool it off. Also pets stay free but where is the grass area for them. Its all concrete.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. This motel is very low quality, dirty and with rude unsupportive staff. I booked my stay on Expedia and there seemed to have been a discrepancy in how long my stay was. The staff and owner provided me no options to rectify the issue and proceeded to kick me out of the hotel. After 10 minutes of me trying to pack they called the police who eventually provided me more time to pack. This properly escalated a simple issue that I myself and other hotel workers could easily navigate. I wouldn’t stay here if it was the last place on earth. I will never book a Motel 6 again. This was the worst and most humiliating experience. And the property is old, dingy and not well maintained. If you care about your safety, peace of mind and customer service this is not the place for you.

Clean room, easy to get into, sizeable and nice for the price. AC was a little wonky and would often be cold then stop for a few minutes then come back, but overall, a very pleasant stay

The kiosk that they are using instead of staffing the property is awful and they were unhelpful with the checkout process and our keys constantly stopped working throughout the stay. Spend the extra few dollars and stay at a real hotel.

No AC not even a human being was at the front desk to help, it was a machine with a screen and a random person on the screen. No AC in room neither, felt like we were boiling alive

The room was nice and fairly clean. The floors and rooms were key card entry only The location, no coffee maker, no extra blankets, no extra towels. The receptionist wasn't in person. He was on a kiosk. We had to pay $15 for a parking pass and give a $100 deposit.

The mattress was a backbreaker in both beds. But the room service was good by housekeeping.

Clean room have all the necessary They charge of 15 dollar of parking fee that don’t make sense if you paying for staying in a hotel parking should be included also I don’t recall that was in their website at the moment of reservation

I didn’t stay due to booking and the rudeness of the hotel staff over the speaker, I called the hotel and I requested a reservation and to check in early, which I didn’t mind paying. But I was left outside Atlanta Georgia downtown stranded, I could have been kidnapped or even killed. Oh my I was scared and I had luggage with me. Never again will I reserve this hotel and location.

Staff was great; having basement parking was awesome The front desk person over the screen made it difficult to understand and hard to hear.

I only stayed here because I came to Atlanta for one night to attend a FIFA World Cup match, and this was one of the few hotels available downtown. It was an awful experience. I felt completely ripped off for what they charged. The property is old, dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what the price would suggest. Calling it a dump would honestly be generous. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
