Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

A good place to stay, I was there for one night, and I really liked their room, it was clean, had a good view, close to the Stadium 🏟️

Room was dirty upon arrival. Elevators were very slow. Great location!

I especially want to recognize Aidana from front desk for providing truly top-tier customer service. She went above and beyond by offering us a $100 credit and a complimentary extended checkout, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel valued and taken care of. This was our first time visiting Atlanta, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at the Omni, it was an amazing experience. I will definitely be choosing Omni Hotels for my future travels. The only small suggestion I have would be to have hot water stations available for guests. It’s possible I simply couldn’t find one, but having easy access to hot water would have been a nice addition. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying at an Omni again!

Location was perfect. We stayed there for a World Cup game in the Mercedes Benz stadium. Would stay here again!

Lo mejor que tiene esté hotel, es su ubicación. Todo le queda cerca, El.State Farm Arena, El Mercedes Benz Stadium y el Centennial Park. Todo está a menos de cinco minutos. Los lugares para comer son buenos y los empleados muy atentos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Multiple issues throughout the stay with minimal help or consideration from the front desk. Great location as long as the World Cup isn’t in town. Couldn’t access the hotel via the address given by the front desk. Three different police officers confirmed that the directions given by the hotel were impossible to access. However, once we were finally allowed to access the hotel at midnight, we found it to be a nice property. The final surprise was a $37 charge to our room from the coffee shop which was authorized by someone else. Called the front desk which offered no apology but said “someone would get in touch with us.” The lone bright spot was the friendly and helpful valet employees. At this price point there are way better options for lodging. Steer clear.

Perfect location, we booked a balcony room facing the fifa fan zone at the park it was perfect! Walking distance from the stadium we didn’t need to use the car at all. I will definitely recommend and will stay there again if I ever go back to Atlanta. Thank you for the warm welcome for all Moroccan fans.

Loved the location! Right in the heart of the city

It is a very clean hotel. People are very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. It is short walk from the hotel to main venues of the downtown area. Staff was a very professional.

The parking was convenient since we were there for the World Cup, however I wouldn’t normally be happy to pay $70 to park and use a ticket to get my key and/or car back. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. The hotel itself and the staff were fabulous!

The staff, service, valet attendants, and the chef and wait staff were impeccable. They should all have 10% raises. The only negative thing was the elevator was very very slow, but we took the stairs.

Do not stay here during special events. Checked in at 430, left for dinner and couldn’t get back to the hotel. Was told road was closed until midnight that we would have to park somewhere else. So two of us walked back, got our luggage, and got a room somewhere else.

The hotel was everything i imagined and more 5 stars all the way around
