Residence Inn By Marriott Buckhead Lenox Park

The Residence Inn in Lenox Park, Buckhead, Atlanta, was perfect. Sparkling clean, with the most helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Great facilities, including a gym. Pool, a pickleball court, among other things. Great, hot breakfast with lots of choices. I gave the hotel four stars instead of five because of the noise level at night. It is built as a rectangle with space for all the facilities. One night - a Saturday - there was a loud party that went on into the early hours. I was still awake at 2 am. Loud voices carried upwards, and loud music played. Otherwise, a gem of a hotel.

However, at around $260 per night, I felt the room was a bit expensive. Also, the additional $25 per night parking fee was unexpected and made the overall cost higher than anticipated. It would be helpful if these extra fees were made more clear when booking. Overall, a pleasant hotel with nice amenities, but travelers should be aware of the additional parking cost.

Recommend this hotel! So impressed. The hotel is beautiful and clean and has added bonuses like a basketball court, soccer nets, grill and outdoor table seating, outdoor pool and more. Felt safe and secure which was my top priority when booking a hotel in Atlanta. This hotel had all space we needed and delivered so much more.

The property looked amazing and breakfast was one of the best we have ever had for an included in your stay. The only downside to our stay was our room. The shower had hair in the floor, the return vent was covered in dust, and our curtain had mold and dust on it from the art vent blowing on it. The property looked well maintained but the room was a different story. The door to our bathroom got stuck and while I waited for help to get out of my bathroom you can see the baseboard is coming off, toilet paper holder was very loose on the wall, and you could see the concrete from where the flooring wasn’t covering all the floor. I hope this was just this room. Like I said the property was great and very clean along with breakfast being very nice.

Everything was lovely. Our only issue was the elevator closest yo our room was broken. We had to walk across the floor to the other end to use.

Really nice hotel! Extremely clean! Hats off to the whole staff! Whoever did landscaping get an A++! Housekeepers deserve a raise, they did that! Ladies in the kitchen did their job well and very nice! Front staff, yeah you never let go of the lady who worked on Aug 1st at about 9pm. Superb customer service. God Bless them!

The amenities were top notch. The room was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen could have used more cooking utensils and a bigger trash can. Overall though it was great.

The elevator was broken and still wasn't fixed on the day we checked out. We got stuck in the elevator the 2nd morning. Housekeeping did not come and emptied trash or give us new towels the entire stay. I have never been in a hotel room that didn't have a phone. Had to call on my cell to front desk to get towels. She said Housekeeping was gone for the night. She was unaware that elevator B was not working which was very strange. Having to use elevator A was very inconvenient for us. I don't think I will stay at this Marriott again.

The location net to Lennox Park was fantastic. It is a beautiful park and it has nice walking path. The pool, pickle ball, and outside area are nice amenities. Common area was comfortable. The rooms are newly remodeled; they were clean and had a layout with a desk, comfortable chairs and a small kitchen.

Beautiful hotel and property. Room was spotless and large. Only complaint would be it can be loud outside and through floor and walls.
