Super friendly employees, loved my stay here will definitely be coming back. Valet parking $55 overnight and is across the street from the aquarium (aquarium parking is $30 so might as well park here if you are planning to do this).
-
Steps away from the Georgia Aquarium.

The rein was small for 4 adults. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and impossible for two adults to fit in.

We liked the location because it is close to the aquarium and the bus line is in front of the hotel. The staff are very attentive - they are the best thing about it. The room was meant to be cleaned every other day. we were there for 7 nights and it was only cleaned twice. The mattress needs changing because it sags where people usually sleep - I ended up sleeping in the centre of the bed which was fine, but if there were two people than it's uncomfortable.
-
Breakfast choices were OK but the seating area was far too small for the number of breakfast goers especially during the busy weekend that I was there.

location being close to the georgia aquarium was the only pro. Parking was a nightmare in itself with mandatory valet & 55$ per day to park at a hotel you’re already paying for that didn’t disclose the additional parking cost. Room was extremely uncomfortable and even all the way up on the 9th floor nearby bars music kept us up into the early morning. We got no sleep and decided to cut our trip short and checked out early. The front desk initially told us they would refund us for the cancelled nights after they spoke with house keeping. We kept our room extremely clean and housekeeping confirmed that. The front desk then came back and said we can’t refund because you prepaid through booking.com so you’d have to contact them, so we did. Got on the phone with booking.com’s customer service and they said they would refund us as long as the front desk confirmed the early check out & refund but when booking.com called the front desk they denied the refund entirely. Not sure why they told us to call and then lied to us about the refund entirely? needless to say… we will not be returning nor recommending this hotel to anyone.

Probably the best location if you plan on visiting the Aquarium in Atlanta since it is right across the street.

Toilet did not work. No towels in room. They did put some later. Bed was alright. Just needs to be renovated. Shower is okay.
-
Location is great is you're planning to visit the aquarium and are staying with kids.

Very nice, clean
-
Clean room, expensive parking, close to out side attractions. All over, a great place to stay if planning to see Atlanta!

We had a great visit… Super friendly staff, very accommodating and super convenient to the aquarium and walking around for restaurants and dessert
-
The property was clean but a lot of wear and tears with cheap cosmetic coverups. The parking accommodations were tight, crowded, expensive with one entrance and exit which made me feel very claustrophobic. The biggest advantage is the location it was downtown within walking distance to all the attractions.
-
Location Property was fine, volume on the television did not work well even after the maintenance guy came.
-
Make sure to ask for your room to be serviced each day or they will pass you by even if housekeeping is across the hall.
