The outdoor light by The Yard were very beautiful at night. Elevators were pretty fast. Staff was nice but not getting issues solved. (The Dennis Towers) To start, when exiting the elevator on our floor you notice the wallpaper is separating. When getting to my room there was a very musky or mildew odor. I first noticed a hole in the comforter of the bed. Then noticed more wallpaper separating in to areas Also in the bathroom. The bathroom had mildew in the corners of the bathtub. There was a gnat flying around. Cuts in the curtains( not sure if its because it's old or someone did that. When I went back downstairs to bring this to the attention of customer service. She had me write down what was wrong in the room and went to tell the manager. When she came back she said the manager would have housekeeping come up to the room. I asked for a different room and was denied, apparently they were booked. When getting back to my room later the room still wasn't good. For 4 night I was completely uncomfortable and the room had my allergies going crazy. I kept sneezing, blowing my nose and my eyes were itchy whenever I was in the room. It was very dusty. When I would leave out my allergies were fine, so I knew it was the room. This hotel really needs the Ceo to look into it. To do an unannounced visit. If they even care. Very unsatisfied.

Room was little old (Dennis building) but comfortable. Nice shower. Wish there was a microwave and more power outlets close by the bed.

Quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Nice size television. Good size restroom and shower. Shower water was consistently hot and the Ac worked very well. The room was not sanitized to standard with regard to it being reused over and over. Floors were not clean well enough. Appeared clean but was absolutely not mopped clean. Seems that it was an overall quick clean to make the room appear clean. Smoke and mirrors. The cost for 2 days/nights was a complete rip off. Microwaves are not allowed, which forced spending extra money daily on food. Front desk, house keeping are not easy to reach. Phone rings with a constant voice recording advising someone will be with you shortly. Too massive of a facility to not have enough staff working. Staff could care less about accommodating their guest. This was across the board mostly. They all do the bare minimum and will not guide or support guests. The bell hops were the stand out. The 2 we encountered were timely, respectful and efficient. The parking fee collector was a smug miserable woman who could do have done the bare minimum of letting guest know about the tiny sheet of paper she hands you with your cash back should be passed on to the parking attendants to retrieve your car. The attendants were very overwhelmed with about 25 guests all waiting for their valet parked car. We waited as we gave the parking fee attendant the ticket to retrieve our car and was certain that, that ticket was used to also claim our belongings as well, which were delivered to this parking team department at check out. We stood outdoors with the rest of the guests until a parking attendant finally asked if we had our claim ticket. I wasn't certain because the lady didn't guide us. I went back to her to ask if she had forgotten to hand it to me and she stated " I most certainly did hand it to you", yet she left out that she didn't bother to give us a heads up to pass that little slip along to the parking attendant. Very poor customer service. My 1st and last time staying at this useless facility.

It was quiet. It needs to be modernized. Furniture and carpets are old. Even though they have non smoking rooms, there's still an odor or cigarette smoke.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel Rooms were a little dated

The view,the room was clean and staff was feiendly. The restraints that were opened had very limited hours.alot of them were not opened.

Overall, my trip was absolutely fun from start to finish.

Close proximity to the outlets, most other hotels. The rooms are very dated. The room had an old, stale odor. I was there 5 days and housekeeping never showed up once. The front desk staff all seem to have bad attitudes, especially Jamar and the woman with the long red hair. The restaurants are mediocre and below. The pool is only open on certain days and doesn’t open until 10:30am but closes at 6pm.
