As we arrived in the evening we witnessed an unsettling incident between the front desk staff and an elderly man who were trying to check in. To be kind, I won’t elaborate, but the evening front desk lady needs to be more pleasant. The morning people were great!

I felt like the front desk staff on the first day was prejudice and her demeanor was horrible. I feel like because we book through this site, we were not respected. We ended up switching to a better room. The gym was tiny. The breakfast was small in choice and bland. We were more comfortable at the neighboring hotel the Fairfield.

I was given keys to a room already rented to someone else. I wish the hotel staff would have been friendlier or atleast apologized for the inconvenience of 3 trips upstairs with keys that wouldn't work because someone was already in the room. pool dirty

Good location It was unclean, didn’t have a coffee pot in the room, we did not get what was promised on the app . We were supposed to get a pull out, the associate said they didn’t have any available, then our daughter that stayed also got a pull out after we checked in first with a reservation. They employees blatantly lied. Both rooms were unclean.
