Comfort Inn & Suites Pacific - Auburn

Hotel staff were cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue: main thermostat in room did not control the AC unit underneath the window, and the controls for fan speed and temperature on that by-the-window unit itself were fiddly. We eventually got it to work and to cycle on and off correctly to maintain a comfortable temperature, but I have to drop the review from five stars to four because a room's temperature control should just work well without guesswork.

The rooms were clean, body was comfy, and the price was reasonable.

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

It seems like that whole room needs to be completely redone with better equipment. While, I do love me some good music, it was kind of obnoxious that it was in every single part of the building. The gym was so loud that my own air pods had to fight to drown the music out. The pool didn’t need music at all and if it has it, we should get independent volume or something. Breakfast is always hit or miss but the eggs tasted like fake eggs. Which is so weird as some eggd and butter in a wok is easy to do in the morning. The sausages should be cooked till brown…..not grey. But hey the waffles were decent. Over all it was okay, however there is always room for improvement.

I travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest hotels I've seen everything worked wonderful the pool was beautiful the workout room was great and the breakfast was excellent. The room is extra clean very pleased with my stay here

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially after being on the road for several hours.

The room was very clean. The hot tub was enjoyable. The breakfast was very convenient. The only thing I would mark down is the elevator that made weird noises while going to the forth floor and back down.

We had a pleasant stay at comfort inn. Didn’t look exactly like the images and a bit more dated but still a good break. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and much better than we expected. Staff really nice and we would stay again.

Not enough towels to shower, hard to get someone at the desk, when needing help.

we did not stay for breakfast on 7/19. The room was very clean. Our only issue was we only had one wash cloth to share.
