It was fine. The room smelled like onions. That wasn’t great.

I needed freezer space for items and they were very gracious at the front desk and put it in the employee freezer. Also the pool and hot tub area was nice and clean. Enjoyed the location. Very safe and secure and easy access to the highway

Rooms were clean, staff helpful and breakfast was good.

Not greatest location. Property showed some wear and tear.

Was disappointed to discover at check in that "free breakfast" on Saturday doesn't start until 7am.

I typically only leave reviews when I am really impressed. This place met my expectations plus more. Quiet and relaxing with good vibes. Very clean, up to date, decorated beautifully. Bed very comfortable, shower was great! Staff was friendly, welcoming and caring. Hot tub and pool area was perfect, and so refreshing after a day of travel. Breakfast plentiful. Just 20 minutes or so from Seatac airport. And bonus, the area is safe and secure. I accidentally left my car unlocked over night in the back side of the parking lot but it remained safe. Thank you, will be back next time we fly out of Seatac!

Stayed here while visiting family nearby, so we didn't do much here other than sleep but the room and property exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Water pressure was almost none existent made us really mad. We stayed on second floor and were near end of hall. Elevator was scary and seemed like it needed services and kids from pool would make it wet and people split stuff in it. Breakfast was great, typical. Bed was comfy, room smelt very clean and nice. Get a second garbage can, just one in bathroom is stupid for a room that was over $200

When I arrived, I told reception that I had a dog and was traveling for a dog agility competition. The receptionist said nothing about this and gave me a room on the second floor (I also had stated that I had a dog on my booking, which I received an email back saying that my request had been received and approved). However, the second day: my key no longer worked in my door, I went to reception again to ask about this. The receptionist noticed my dog and asked me if I was aware of their pet policy. I responded that I had just arrived the previous night, I had stated I'd brought my dog several times, and hadn't received any more information. She then, quite rudely, stated that: (1) I would need to pay extra, (2) I should not have had a room on the second floor (as if this was my fault), and (3) she disregarded my explanation that I had told several different people that I had a pet with me. I felt as though I was being treated as if I had tried to sneak my dog into the building, which I certainly had not done. This whole encounter left me feeling like the hotel was very disorganized and there was poor communication. This may have been because I used a third party booking service (Booking.com); however, these services are so common now that this should really be better avoided.
