    Nice Very clean

Good location close to the SkyDrive bus coming from the airport, and the rest of the city. My studio room was a good size, comfy bed, kitchenette with dining table, bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. My room was a bit run down - the carpet frayed at the bathroom entrance and my air-conditioning did not work, which was not great for 2 cold Auckland winter nights. The hotel put a small electric column heater in the room but it did not help. The reception is only manned 8am-6pm weekday and 9am-5pm weekends so there was no-one around to ask for help wth my air-con or a room change when I returned to my room at 730pm after being out all day. There is a phone number you can contact “in emergencies” if needed.

The room was very cute and cosy, it was perfect. The location, a lot of homeless people and people hanging around right outside the main entrance way. It didn’t feel safe, other than that I loved it.

Central location, staff are great, and overall good value for money Nothing

This place was well priced with good facilities - kitchen and laundry. Great staff too. One thing to be very aware of as a woman traveling alone is that there are often people hanging around the entrance. Some might be rough sleepers, and they didn't bother me (and I don't think there should be laws against that!), but it's helpful to be aware for personal security.

Good location with near by bus stop.. N/a

The location is great. Close to Sky City and an easy walk or Uber down to the viaduct. Nice easy check in. This time we upgraded to a suite and the view was much better than earlier visits. Lovely big deck off the lounge and bedroom. Good size rooms in both standard and bigger units. It's a little dated, but the price reflects that.

It was ok. Location was questionable, lots of homeless around. Location. And you could hear running right outside the door at unusual hours, or what sounded like running

Lovely room, clean, tidy and great location. Easy check in and good value for our stay.

The room was a good size, and having a washer/dryer was plus kitchenette was really nice. I especially liked the shower. Hot water and lots of it! The location was convenient - the bus from the airport drops you off just a block from the hotel, and once you get there it's walking distance from other transport options and sights in the centre of town. The windows faced directly onto another building. Not a major negative (I wasn't expecting a scenic view) but it did mean I kept the blinds closed most of the time so I didn't feel like other people could see in.

Location and facilities No hot water for one day

The size of the executive suit was great IT was incredibly noisy. The aircon units located in a well near the unit made a thunderous noise day and night, there was a lot of loud music coming from the city and from young people in the parking areas. Servicing the rooms happened between 2 - 5 so on two occasions I came back to the hotel having finished my work and the rooms not cleaned.

The view was amazing and close to everything

The room was really nice, very practical and well maintained, I loved my stay, and was eager to come back at the end of my trip. I would recommend asking for one of the renovated rooms, it seems there are great floors with great rooms and decrepit floors with terrible rooms. I was on the first floor, in one of the basic room. - The view was terrible, you have a direct view on the neighbors windows, absolutely zero privacy - Check-in experience is really bad after hours (and there are not many hours...) - Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde: I had a 2nd booking 3 weeks later, which went terribly bad

The view was awesome, by far the best view I ever had in my entire life: a huge terrace with the best view on the Aukland Tower one can possibly conceive. Also when I complained about the room, they gave me a better one on the 6th floor. Everything. The room was in HORRIBLE conditions, all sort of things were badly and obviously broken, the 7th floor was old, decrepit, dirty. I have never seen a room that poorly maintained, except in some old 1970s hotels that were on the brink of bankruptcy. This floor must be closed to the public at once, and renovated in the most urgent manner. I would be ashamed to present such a place to the general public. It's a shame because I was in this hotel at the beginning of my stay, on the 1st floor, and I though during all my tour of New Zealand: "the first hotel I was in was awesome! I can't wait to go back there when I come back to Auckland!"

Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice coffee machine. Shower water pressure good. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash OK. Lack of maintenance and poor level of cleanliness. Moudly bathroom especially around the edges. Bottom end of the door and bottom door frame requires maintenance. Bathroom sink overflow hole is also mouldy. The bathroom lights are of low lumens and very dim. Difficult to see with poor lighting. Broken extract fan. The front panel is missing/broken. Not working when turned on. Cooking hob needs proper clean with Ceraclean cooktop cleaner/polish. Curtain in bedroom not hung properly missing a hook. There is no privacy. The curtains in the bedroom has to be be closed 24/7 as the bedroom overlooks the apartment units across. The blinds in the kitchen area has to be closed 24/7 as the bedroom overlooks the apartment units across. We could draw the curtains by the TV area as it's not as intimidating as the other side. No sunblind or net curtains to provide privacy during daytime, so has the keep the curtains/blinds closed.

The only positive about this property is the location, close to sky city. Very poor maintenance and not clean, There were numerous stains on the carpets, marks on the walls, 2 holes in the wall surrounding the air conditioner, which did not work as expected. In general, in very poor condition,.

The unit was tidy and clean. The movie streaming didn't work properly as the internet kept cutting out and it didn't save where I had got to. Tried it repeatedly and requested a technical check but it made no difference. The unit was showing its age with cracks in bathroom sink, worn paint etc.

Was close to alot of restaurants and working distance to sky tower The street was full of homeless people n some even sitting at the door.
