The location is very handy to everything like shops and restaurants and any events that might be happening in the CBD. Bed was comfortable enough. There was a 3/4 full Kingfisher beer can on the windowsill and someone had obviously used the bathroom as someone hadn't flushed. I'm not sure if someone was doing that on a maintenance break or the room hadn't been properly checked but not what you want to see when you check into your room

Beautiful view of the sky Tower. Very comfy and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

The location Very tiny rooms for 2 adults, fuse kept blowing so tv & fridge wouldn't work, figured out if we turned the lamp on they would blow, no hand soap, bathroom door handle falling off, dirty shower, kept up all night with a loud humming noise coming from the ceiling, louder at night, & when asked about it they said they would call maintenance to come & take a look but never seen them, we had to turn heat pump, fridge off to stop some of the noise but whatever the noise thats in the ceiling just didn't stop or get any quieter, no sleep at all. no spoons for hot drinks, wifi hardly work, no info in rooms to what's available in motel, which we found out later, nothing is available, to ring 0 for reception it wouldn't work. Overpriced parking, Doors banging all night so your room would shake. Horrible stay, I would say you pay for what you get but I think we overpaid. Only stars is for location, oh and my door key only worked half the time. Even if location is good. I would never book here again. Wish I read the reviews before booking 4 days of hell. It seems too that they accommodate for students so that's there bread & butter. So they dont seem to care about other guests

Location Didn’t realise they are in the middle of renovations which meant the heat pump stuck on cooling and phones were not working. Hair dryer was not working also. We were provided a replacement and a heater.
