Just fabulous. Our room was exquisite, the staff are so attentive and the breakfast is second to none. I can't think of one thing that would have improved my stay (other than not leaving). The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room has these little night lights in the bathroom and under the bedside tables which makes a partners midnight bathroom runs less intrusive. All the amenities were clean and plentiful. The roof top heated pool was perfect for a morning swim followed by the most amazing breakfast at their restaurant. The valet parking is well worth the price at $59 per day although there are lower cost options nearby. Although the breakfast is $45 for guests again it is worth price, the biggest issue is trying everything on offer. We didn't try the gym but had a peek inside and it was extremely well equipped. Special thanks to Ryker and Brent who made the stay particularly enjoyable....especially when we left a bag in the car which they arranged to be collected for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish I took more pictures here's a couple I sent to make my son green with envy over the breakfast choices. Yes that's a chocolate fountain. Genuinely can't think of anything.

Very friendly staff The aircon did not work had to get engineering to fix it. Instructions for room service were poor, online order did not work for me; then rang room service the phone was not answered for 15 minutes so I gave up.

Lovely staff, pool was fun for the kids, rooms are nice. Quite expensive if you are a large family. Poolside menu seemed to be out of date so not much available. The restaurant was nearly $1000 for our family (4 adults 5 kids). Prices are not hidden, but just expensive.

It was a spacious and well furnished room with a nice bed There was no pressure on the warm water. The shower was a trickle, which was a shame because otherwise it was a great room. However, a warm shower is essential, especially in winter.
