Excellent all round Nothing, however there was an issue with the air con / heating. Our room was very hot and we were unable to adjust. Staff acknowledged there was an issue and that a technician had been called suggesting the problem was not solely related to our room.

They were exceptional in making us comfortable, even accommodating an early check in to help make my toddler comfortable after a long flight! Nothing

in our suite (1841) there was a carpeted metal floor port (water valve?) in the lounge that was unfortunately quite uncomfortable when on trod on it. My partner was particularly unhappy about this. Everything else was wonderful. (Oh, and there was no milk in the fridge for the first morning's coffee.

Adore the decor and such a wonderful experience to be upgraded to a suite!! I have always previously lived in Auckland so haven't had occasion to stay, but now I live outside Auckland, this will become my go-to for all upcoming stays! :)
