Econo Lodge Augusta West near Fort Gordon

The lady at front desk was rude. Never seen housekeeping after requested it. I had beg for clean towels and washcloths. They are very against mixed couples. Never stay there again

Breakfast was good but place smelled like cat and mold

The shower still had hair in it. The sheets were dingy and had spots in them. Me and my fiance had to get disinfected spray and air freshener for the room. Also the towels were dry rotting. If we weren't so far from home we would've left.

There was a lot of hollering and doors slamming and smelled like someone was smoking weed in the hallways and slept terrible cause we didn't know what was happening with all the noise. Loud music and loud people in the hallway that kept us up from not able to sleep and we actually stopped to get a room cause we were tired from driving only to barley get rest.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Would recommend as a solo traveler.

The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like can’t be summed up in a few sentences so let’s just say when things were wrong there was no one answering phones or manning the desk.

Friendly staff, clean room, easy parking, clean bathroom and towels/bedding. Fridge freezer needed defrosting and thats the biggest complaint I ccould make. Great stay, super convenient to Ft Gordon. Definitely will stay here again when visiting in the future.

Very clean. The air conditioner did leak on the carpet but outside of that it was a good stay.

The only thing I like about the property was the location it’s close to food places and gas stations Really nothing because it smell like moldy and barley was clean fr and tub was nasty nasty

The room had a moldy/ musty smell. I could tell in the bathroom they just painted over the mold.

This was an old dated hotel the toilet seat in my room had obvious signs of wear. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink the lighting in the bathroom was terrible.The room was dark because there were no curtains only a room darkening shade. The breakfast was a joke buttered toast and black coffee would have been better. It was a dark dreary depressing place.
