The Receptionist / Bar man was very kind and helpful. I'd suffered a severe allergic reaction 48 hrs prior to travelling and my face was badly swollen. When I asked for ice, he quickly filled my receptacle (clean) without question. Nothing really

Good location, easy to walk into town centre. Parking next door. Plenty of communal space. Room large, quiet & air con. Nice breakfast. Nothing. 90 min drive to Calais. Lovely place to stop over.

Very near to the main sites of Arras. Parking literally attached to the hotel for €10 for an overnight stay which was handy. Had electric car charging too. We had two twin rooms for the 4 of us and it was quiet, all clean and great for one night. The rooftop bar was also nice before bed. The breakfast was quite a chaos - slow for cutlery/plates, food being slow to being topped up and dirty plates stacking up on tables…

The whole experience from welcome to farewell was brilliant. This was our first time back to Arras after the change in location for Ibis Arras and we were so impressed with Ibis Style Arras that we can’t wait to go back! The atmosphere and comfort are extremely impressive but it is the staff who shine through - Charlotte and Mostapha were absolute gems, their kindness to my husband who has some accessibility challenges and the overall assistance they gave were superb. Thank you, and thanks also to organising a super taxi driver Barani, yet another example of a caring team, albeit not on the Ibis team, he certainly added to the stay. Nothing

Breakfast was fine. 5 Euros extra for a fried egg. Never seen this before. Very poor. Doors leading to car park not open had to walk down the road to front doors.
