Stay was okay, rooms were relatively clean, A/c worked, and staff worked to make things right. Some things could use correction like the pool needs new cleaning nets, the pool shower needs a pull line, could use fresh coffee, and a better breakfast and though it was a continental, it was very minimal and not enough for a hotel. Other than that good stay.

The staff was very nice at the front desk. They helped us out right away on the price and was very accommodating. The location was great for where we were going and it’s next to Cracker Barrel which was super convenient for a pregnant lady like me lol. It was very unclean. False advertisement because you couldn’t use the pool. The room was dirty when I entered it but I didn’t want to cause a big issue so I cleaned what I could. When the room was replenished we got a roll of toilet paper and two new towels. I was not impressed for the price. It felt more like staying in a motel 8 than a nice hotel. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. I wish I could say anything nice but I won’t make this mistake again and I will do better research next time.

Nothing The rooms smelled of mold, and wet ashtrays. Food cramps and everything felt greasy. The AC never worked, and they never refunded my money even though they agreed to.

Pet friendly, poor breakfast many people smoked on back parking

The room was clean. They are stingy with the air conditioning. Other than our room It was only running in the breakfast room, not in the lobby or in the hallways. The breakfast was adequate but the waffle mix container leaked constantly and the waffle syrup handle was bent and needs replacing. I slept well. It was quiet at night, no noise. The glass in the elevator and the steel doors on the elevator had handprints on them like no one was cleaning them .The bathroom on the bottom floor had no paper towels the entire three days we were there. This is a bare bones establishment. It is obvious they are trying to cut costs and it diminishes the overall experience which is unfortunate.

The room was clean but the tv and microwave would not work the night I got there and on the second night I did not return to the room until about 2 a.m I scooted the dresser to find tv and microwave were not plugged in but it didn’t matter because they still did not work. The lady at check in on Friday night was helpful but the next day and check out day the not American nationality man was not very friendly. Did not offer any discount for not working pieces. And least I forget breakfast was being put up right before I got there at about 9 am. It was a Saturday morning, why put food up that early. Swimming pool needed work, chipped paint and pitiful looking hot tub was terrible and did not work, if it was even a hot tub, I don’t recommend this place.

Windows Glass & Stainless Steel in elevator needs to be cleaned. Finger prints and smears make it seem lees clean. The gym was broken and really unclean, Other than that it was a good stay. It would have been excellent otherwise.
