Absolutely worse customer service

The breakfast at this Best Western was excellent. In comparison to the Best Western that I visited in the Spring in Wytheville, VA not only was it opened much longer - until 10 AM, but it had a much better selection including biscuits with hot gravy. Nothing.
-
Really good breakfast Bed was squeaky but comfortable.
-
Cheap, but cost you too much money

No bells and whistles. It's a Best Western. Not a ton to expect. The staff member was kind who checked me in and the room was very clean, which I appreciated a lot. I would come back for another night stay if I was passing through Augusta. More commentary on the Best Western brand than this location, but the lighting in the rooms is so bright I had to throw towels over the lamps to tone it down a bit. The coffee maker in the room is also terrible.
-
The motel was near the highway, which was our main purpose for a quick stay en route to Canada. The room was clean. The breakfast was quite good-a wide selection of hot and cold food items. It’s a bit tired and run-down. The room was small, the carpet old, and the black-out shade was torn and didn’t close properly. It was a little less than expected given other ratings.
-
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.. The breakfast was excellent the best I ever had in a similar hotel in USA. The hotel is located a bit far from the city but access is easy and has a lot of parking space.
-
The room and bed were great. I had an issue with the bathroom sink and I was immediately transfer to another room.

Good

Carpet in room was soaked. Asked front desk attendant for another room or for assistance and they offered to call a manager (who never called back apparently). Didn’t even offer to come have a look see if there was any cleaning that could be done. Hotel also smells like cannabis.
