We arrived kind of late, but check-in was quick. Our rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The facilities are wonderful and I appreciate an ethically minded hotel. Lots of things that the hotel is doing to make their eco-footprint small, which is refreshing. The bed and room were excellent. The gentleman at the front desk - while very friendly - could bring it down a notch. I felt like he wanted to make a comment or joke to me every time I passed by the front desk. It made it a little uncomfortable. I was hesitant to pass through lobby as a result.

The space in the room was excellent for our three travellers. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was great, the bathroom spacious. (some other hanging areas or shelving would be helpful). The pool was AWESOME. Personally, I like having the coffee/tea/water accessible all day as well, that was good too.

Everyone I met that worked here was so welcoming and friendly. The young gal with short brown hair that greeted us and took our info as we were checking in is hilarious and just awesome, and there was an older gentleman that checked us out that was incredibly kind, too. The art in the lobby was so beautiful, and our room was clean and efficient. Can't wait to stay here again when I come back to visit my best friend, who lives in the area. Maybe just add a toilet paper holder in the bathroom?

Everything about our stay was great and problem free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. They had a good selection at breakfast and plenty of room for seating. We had never been to Maine so this was our first introduction and they represented well. I would gladly stay there again and would refer others as well!

The staff was amazing! Made you feel welcome from the start to the finish of our stay. Beds were not that comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Alyssa at the front desk was really welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a coffee maker, a large (dorm-sized) fridge with a REALLY good freezer, and a few toiletries. There was even a microwave in our room, although we did not need it. The beds were comfortable with tons of pillows. We were able to adjust the heat/cooling in the room and the curtain definitely blocked the light well. One thing I didn't notice when making the booking was that the hotel rooms are on outside hallways. We were two women traveling alone, but this was not a problem at all. We felt comfortable on the second floor. I am only mentioning it because I hadn't notice when I booked the room and wanted others to know it ahead of time. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and there was live music, which was really fun. The bartender--I'm sorry I can't remember her name-- was very personable and excellent. For breakfast, we enjoyed the amazing spread downstairs. There was something for everyone. Speaking of that, there was a huge variety of people enjoying the hotel-- older folks, families with kids and families with teens. That speaks to how warm, welcoming and comfortable it was. Finally, the hotel was very easy to find, and there was ample parking.
