I stayed for a week and there was no cleaning in the room in a week

The rooms needed to be cleaned, beds not comfortable.

This place was awful. I checked in late, so I had to wait wait a while for anyone to check me in. The room was dirty and old. There was an old bar of soap and hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was non existent. I couldn't wait to leave.

It’s good for being a one or two day stay. The elevator is super bad makes you feel Iike your about to fall.

Noting The front desk tried to pull a skit and after sering my confirmation email for my room and the payment she tried taking my money and telling me i didn't pay but i had the money taken from my account. She is racist against white people came to my room calling me a white b**** and eventually kicking my and my service dog out of my room i was in cussing the whole time ive never been treated so bad in my life she definitely shouldn't be working there or anywhere with customers i wish i could post the video i recorded of her doing all this this was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

The internet was often slow. No dishes in the kitchen; when I requested some as per the sign in the room, I was told none were available. The floor clearly had not been mopped. There was a constant drip coming from somewhere over the bathroom.

Room was not very clean, although I've seen a lot worse at other hotels. Killed a cock roach within the first few minutes. Breakfast was minimal, just a few granola bars and mini muffins.

Its always hard to connect to the TV an will seem like the website it uses doesn't work to cast even when on the wifi on the phone

I left my gold chain and gold ring on the nightstand and they said there was nothing there. I'm upset, they're definitely not honest.
