The Aurora Inn

The room was terrible. There were multiple stains on the carpet and chair. The bed was broken. There was chipped paint everywhere. Very small room. The staff did not care. They said they would put a towel between the bed and wall so it didn't hit the wall. The room smelled like smoke. It was a terrible experience. Managemebt did not call me back. The front desk clerk did discount the room at check out but I would not recommend this hotel. There are so many nicer places to stay nereby.

Great stay, although short. Would love to come back and enjoy the courtyard, restaurant and pool.

Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!

Love the friendly staff and family-friendly setup. We’ve been many times and look forward to it.

The pool was awesome. Loved the restaurant too. We had a great dinner!

Rather interesting structure. Parking wasn’t necessarily marked as such. No elevator, so it was a bit of effort for us septuagenarians to haul luggage upstairs. Bed was very comfortable.

Outside of that, incredible hotel!

It was very nice, however we arrived at 2 and were unable to check in before 4 pm (unless we paid a $50 fee for early check in). We opted to go directly to our event and dinner and checked in muc, much later. This was after several hours of driving to get there, it would’ve been nice to freshen up before our event. Lesson learned!

Amazing reception staff ! Lovely boutique hotel close to Chagrin Falls. Welcoming and professional reception staff make this a repeat choice for travel !

The hotel was fine. Older but still clean and kept up. We were not pleased that we could not check in early. The rooms were reported to be cleaned and available however because we arrived before the 4 pm checked our only option was to pay an additional $50. We did not do this. The AC also did not function consistently either night we were there. The temperature did not remain constant and when the unit was running it was very loud and rattled inconsistently. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet hotel.

What a great gem of a place to stay in a cute little village on the outer edge of Cleveland. Very helpful staff, and DO NOT miss having a meal at their restaurant. The food and service were both spectacular, an unexpected plus!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is no microwave in room or on facility at all. The environment is nice and quiet.
