Unable to cancel booking on our return trip through Austell after our travel was interrupted

ONLY STAYED OVERNIGHT AND WAS GONE EARLY BUT THE BEDS WERE REALLY COMFORTABLE AND STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS

The bed had a black spider in it when I pulled back the covers. I ended up with a bite on my leg. The room was hot.

I booked this through Expedia where I have always had good results. Not this time. I booked two rooms and Expedia booked only one. Fortunately they had another room and we were able to stay.

The employee at the reception was not cooperating and did not help or provide solutions to issues faced; the AC did not work all the days I spent in the hotel. And I was not provided any help. The receptionist refused totally to resolve my complaint.

The staff is the reason we stay here. They’re all very accommodating and kind. The prices are too high in my opinion. We had to add an extra night and paid a little over $300. Way too much for a holiday inn. Price

Enjoyed the stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but the air conditioning did not cool the room and there was very noticeable signs of damage on walls and water damage on doors. The breakfast was awsome but rooms are not soundproof you can hear everytime someone shut there doors. But over all ot was an ok stay
