Comfort Suites Austin Airport

Reception staff were polite . I paid in advance . On arrival was asked to pay a $100 damage deposit, which has not been refunded. Have messaged the hotel but as of yet have not received a response.

I loved the staff for being kind and is a nice location. The room I was in had a huge leak and was soaking the entire bed. It shows poor management for not fixing it correctly!!

Friendly front desk staff, clean room, hot breakfast. Upon checking in, you are given a goodie bag with water, snacks, & a thank you note. Parking was free, & there is security patroling. Felt safe. This is an older hotel, so bathroom is dated (no fan), & small. Also, A/C unit is blocked by bed, so the one bed near the AC keeps you cold, and the other bed doesn't get much air, so it's rather warm.

Great service. Staff were welcoming, excellent location for arriving late from the airport, and great breakfast range. Rooms and furnishings were clean and comfortable but a bit tired.

Not the best experience, property was kinda dirty and janky looking. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with who I assume was a boyfriend or something and paid no attention when we were trying to check in and ask questions, don’t recommend staying here

The parking lot and the breakfast area I liked everything

The breakfast was decent The rooms were old outdated, and our tub was broken. Also, the water did not get hot. We have to take cold showers the entire time.

Parking for my wife was excellent as was the airport shuttle for me. I have no complaints at all.
