Clean property great service and great parking

VERY clean, great location and great staff. Stayed 3 nights and had zero problems. Will be staying here again.

Guests above us were loud and jumping on the floor all night.

The hotel is one of the best I have lodged in here in the United States. The only issue I encountered during my stay was Barnum Bailey acrobatics then went on in the room above us for 3 out of the 4 nights we were at the hotel. Loud walking, jumping, and tumbling sounds could be heard clearly in our room each night past 1am. I only complained once to the reception desk. She said that she go to the room immediately that room. If she did or did not does not matter as the noise continued that night. However, our last night at the hotel was peaceful.

A super nice property. Great rooms! Easy parking! Not the most convenient location however…Plan to Uber everywhere and uber is expensive is Austin

The location was great. I was only 1 mile away from my intended destination. I didn’t have breakfast because it wasn’t complimentary. Since I booked my room with Booking.com and had to cancel one of my rooms unexpectedly, the communication between the hotel and the “3rd party” was a bit confusing. My credit card was charged for the full amount, but I’m wondering when will I be refunded for the extra room. Because of the confusion with my payment, I believe it’s best for me to book strictly with the hotel that I’ll be staying in.

Very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn’t get room service, but it was easy to pick up food orders downstairs. Chicken strips were okay but the fries were quite good. On site laundry came in handy but it’d be easier for all if it wasn’t coin only. Easy access to major roads and safe location. Would stay again.

Amazing staff and wonderful experience

This hotel was great and looks relatively new, I had a pleasant stay with my family for 3 nights. Many restaurants within short distance (of driving) and easy to get into downtown Austin. Room was clean and spacious, had a slight issue with turning off one of the lights but the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue. Facilities were generally well-kept, it was nice to have the on-site laundry room. Staff were polite and professional.

The front desk staff at this location for my group stay was phenomenal. Stayed 4 nights and other than housekeeping not hitting my room during the entire stay, it was a fabulous experience.
