great location if you are visiting UT. staff is friendly and helpful.

The only minor downside was that free parking was not available and valet parking was the only on-site option. I parked at a garage down the street, but because my vehicle remained there past midnight, the parking fee reset and I was charged for two days. This was not a major issue for me, but it is something guests may want to consider when planning their stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again, especially when attending an event at the Moody Center.

Love the atmosphere in the location to campus. Parking is valet only or pay to park at a nearby garage. Staff was very friendly in ballet service was amazing.

Location and windows scenery. Shower stall floor was Extremely slippery! My wife and I are both 65 years old. We cannot any falls at our age.

Nice location, staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and up to date. I traveled with a bicycle and they let me stash it inside a closet so I wouldn't have to leave it outside.

Booked the room due to location and the rooftop terrace. Checked in, rooftop terrace was booked for a photo shoot. Would have picked a different place. Went down to lobby bar, only one person sitting at bar, no bartender. He was talking with a couple of gentleman that were sitting at a lounge table on the side. Looked at us, didn’t acknowledge. Sat there for 5-10 minutes. Another gentleman with 2 daughters walked up to him and asked him for some ice for some drinks for his daughters. Bartender rudely responds that he was having a conversation and that he would help them when he was finished talking. Then he looked at us again and again didn’t acknowledge us sitting at bar. Got up then, asked front desk staff for his name, they wouldn’t give it to me. Won’t be back to this hotel. Bed was uncomfortable.

Within walking distance of the Moody center and the Bullock museum. Easy access to to the concert venue.

As clean as I can remember a hotel being. Plus the name on the tv is a nice touch.
