Close to the venue we were attending. Clean, friendly staff. We really enjoyed our time there.

Not well kept
-
Love how close it is to everything, don’t like going back and forth between hotel indigo and holiday inn.
-
AC wasn’t working in foyer but was fine in the room. Room was a little dingy but served its purpose. Super confusing trying to find your way to your room having to use multiple elevators.
-
staff was very helpful and the room was lovely, only complaint was breakfast and the drink dispenser not working but that’s not their fault
-
Night auditor was extremely rude. Had to go through multiple elevators just to get to the room because one of the holiday inn elevators was out of service.. Should of just gotten a cheaper hotel be cause of the inconvenience.
-
Hotel was pretty nice. Room was spacious. I would reserve again.
-
I enjoy this hotel every time I visit Austin. The price is lower than other hotels in the area. Austin hotel prices have soared in the last few years. Thankfully this hotel remains affordable and still maintains high quality.

The hotel room was excellent clean super comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. The down sides to staying here is the elevator in parking garage is out of service and you have to go a long way to get to where reception and the rooms are. The parking is not included and it’s over fifty bucks for the night.

Good experience here. Staff was helpful

Clean room and good breakfast Very loud music coming in via the vents from across the street, went on until 1-2 am. So didn’t get enough sleep!

Días muy buenos, con mi familia, excelente lugar en el centro de la ciudad

This place should be called the sorry for the inconvenience hotel. No A/C in common areas. The parking garage elevator broken more than it worked. Basically two hotels and no staff on the floor where you are you have to cross over and go to the other hotel then down to that lobby for anything you needed.

Exceptional

2. Car parking charged were too high ($50). 3. There should be a drop box for room keys in the parking area. It is highly inconvenient to come to the front desk in the crowded downtown area just to return the key/s.
-
The light in my restroom flickered and the wall corner was coming off in the restroom. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. overall, the hotel needs an update and add the checking in desk to the front.
-
right near 6th street downtown!
-
I was on the fifth floor and the air vent was louder than the tv. I could not sleep. The toilet seat was broken. I also could not find the lobby with the three different types of elevators. The garage parking felt unsafe. Will not go back.
-
I liked how clean it was, not just in the room but in the hallway, lobbies and elevators. Decent view and smelled nice. Clean bedsheets and towels. The layout of the hotel is like a maze. There are two hotels but one lobby. And you have to take like three different elevators just to get up to where the rooms are. It said there was breakfast but when I went to the breakfast area there was only a vending machine and a coffee maker. And the QR code taped to the desk in the room said that they weren't doing food orders

Parking is convenient, but expensive almost $50/day. Breakfast options on day 1 were good, on the second day we did not like them as much. There was very loud music being played at a bar/restaurant close to the hotel. When we notified the front desk they very promptly switched our room to a different room on the other side of the building where the music did not bother us, this was very good of the hotel staff. Overall a very nice, compact and convenient place to stay.
