Customer service Chairs too old peeling off

Consistency of all Holiday Inns I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, quiet. The fire alarm going off and having to go out in the parking lot for an hour. :-)

Great friendly staff, everything was clean Nothing

It was clean They chose to put chemicals in the pool on a Saturday so pool wasn’t able to be used. And a staff member was rude.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly The location was not great, the hotel was dirty! The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The carpets were dirty, and the hotel itself had a smell i can't quite identify. The sofa in my room was worn and not clean. The chairs in the breakfast area are so worn that the material is coming off the faux leather look. The outside grounds were not maintained at all!!! Just not appealing to the eye.

Room was nice and big. Staff amazing breakfast was great and free coffee all day!!

Ended up staying here for five days. Wonderful people who made the stay enjoyable. The room, breakfast and surrounding area were more than expected. Would not hesitate to stay here again, were we ever in the area in the future. Bravo.

The employee who checked us in very kind and nice. Did well explain the property and checking us in. Great location closed to shopping & restaurants.

Staff / management is very dishonest

Pull out couch had a sheet on it with what looked like dog hair We had kids who would have loved to get in pool but it was green but i was told its ok to let them swim in pool full of algae!!! It was never serviced will we were there it would’ve been nice if it was noted on the website I would’ve chosen another hotel just for that purpose. Staff was overall nice

Staff amazing !!! The gentleman who greeted us was so helpful !! And the beautiful lady who was on reception as we left was very lovely and polite A little more expensive than others in the area but can’t fault the rooms, staff or cleanliness

Next morning husband was downstairs enjoying the quietness and texted me on how friendly the staff was down there. The rooms were very clean and enough room for all of us, not over crowded. The beds oh my they were so comfortable!!! Will definitely stay again
