All was WELL!!

Multiple things in the room were broken or not working and the building itself was hot.

The room was clean and it was very quiet. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Austin and don’t want to spend a lot of money.

We stayed at this hotel to use the washer and dryer, but the dryers weren't working. Plus, our room's door lock was broken, no hair dryer, and we had to sign up for a hotel account to use the Wi-Fi. We told them about all these problems, but the staff didn't offer to move us or give us any real solutions.

One of the best places I had stayed at. Very quiet, clean and everything is accessible. Good staff that help you out when you need anything.

It was a terrific stay. The manager checked us in and she was amazing!

I had stayed at this hotel before, but this time the air conditioning wasn't working well. The rooms felt very humid, and there were a lot of strange odors.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area which we enjoyed. The room was clean and it wasn’t too loud. However, the hallways do not have air conditioning so it is hot in the hotel. We wanted to swim in the pool Thursday but it was very dirty with debris. We clean as much as we could with the net filter. It seems that it is only cleaned on the weekends because we saw maintenance Friday morning cleaning it. The hotel provides 24/7 coffee in the lobby but it is not changed regularly. We tried to get a cup of coffee at night and it was extremely bitter from being out so long.

The room was very clean and parking was very easy. The staff were very polite as well. Would definitely stay here again.

There was very little to like. The check-in process was acceptable, although the receptionist was wearing AirPods and talking on the phone during check-in, which was confusing because I initially thought she was speaking to me. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty. The carpet was covered with hair, the air conditioner had spider webs on it, and there were flies inside the room, which I have never experienced in any hotel before. The hallways and the room had a terrible smell, similar to a livestock barn. There was no air conditioning in the hallways or near the elevators, making the building unbearably hot. The room was also very hot when I checked in, and I had to run the air conditioner for a long time before it became comfortable. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with almost no variety—mostly boiled eggs and cereal. It was definitely not worth paying extra for breakfast.
