Good price for being close to downtown and the state capital. The rooms were quite even though the facility is next to the freeway, The breakfast selection could have healthy options. The fruit was gone and not replenished and there was no yogurt available.

TV was buffering almost constantly. Otherwise a very clean room, nice and cool, awesome water pressure and comfortable bed.

The room was older and was clean and tidy. The bed was good. Maybe the bed was to hard for some folks but it was good with me. The air-conditioner worked well. I reserved an "accessible room". There was nothing accessible. Still had a low toilet and there were no hand rails in the bathroom. The TV did not work. I was told the TV was on the maintenance list. Only one outlet worked in the room I was to tired to want to change rooms. I met 2 other couples in the parking lot and they mentioned they had changed rooms twice. This review asked me to rate the amenities. Other than the breakfast and ice i dont beleive there were ane amenities. Not having amenites was okay with me

When I checked in the young man was rude when I asked questions, he also didn’t answer or call back when I rang the front desk to inquire about the television not working, the curtains had mold and dust on them, there was hair in the tub and the faucet dripped the whole time, there was dust inside the pictures, and there were tiny bugs on the sink. The picture used in advertising was fake. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The location was ideal but the hotel itself needs a lot of updating. I felt a bit uneasy because the doors and parking didn’t really make me feel secure. It appears there may be homeless living here, so you kind of get what you pay for. The bed & room were very comfortable and clean for the most part. I won’t say it was real bad, but looks can be deceiving. The surrounding people were friendly. A lot of road construction around the whole area! Lots of restaurants in the area. I would stay there again if I had to.
-
A plus side was it being 18 minimum check in age. I’ll be definitely be using this hotel anytime we are in the area

Dark streets. Hit a cutb and blew a tire. Started looking for a toe truck at 8. Showed up at noon No place open to fix it before Monday.1 wasted day.
-
Right next to downtown and a short distance from everything else.
-
Toilet didn’t work , bed was horrible , mold on ceiling , and outlet in bathroom didn’t work. No lighting.

-
Property close to downtown.. Loud noise, someone start banging at our door
-
Great staff and a nice breakfast Tried and dated with a noisy A/C unit could do with a refurb

We purchased the insurance that was offered with the booking because of the possible need NOT to travel to Austin for court. We found out the evening before we were to leave and of course it was too late to cancel the reservation. We filed the insurance and OF COURSE WE WERE DENIED coverage. This was a HORRIBLE experience and will not use Expedia or the hotel again.

This hotel was okay. I definitely think I got bed bug bites though which is why I’m ranking it so well
