Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay here again
-
This was a great location. We enjoyed all of the friendly staff anf wonderful amenities. The breakfast was devine and the oool was always inviting and the perfect temperature with enough room for all guests to enjoy without being overcrowded. We will stay again. The only downfall was very small rooms and no balcony.
-
The cons: The walls are paper thin and on Saturday night people next door partied so hard from 2 am to 6 am so i checked out a day earlier as i got no sleep and also the room is small barely enough for a big suitcase. The bright side I had a city view and it was a plus.

We had such an amazing experience. Everything was top-notch and every employee was super nice and helpful. Definitely will be staying there again.

Perfect location for going out on 6th street. Room was nice, staff was friendly. Would stay again :)

The room was super tiny, and not enough room except to sleep and change and go to bathroom. The toilet and shower is very tiny in one space separated by just a door. The sink is in the middle of the room and no room to put our stuff. Also, the charge for the valet is expensive, which we have no choice since there is no parking.
-
Absolutely amazing hotel at a great price. All the great amenities of the Thomas. Would absolutely stay again when in Austin.

Staff was great - Jasmin at front desk was amazing and accommodating and our fave bartender (Sel @ Aruba Abajo) is the very best! Hotel is wearing a bit but we loved be the pool area, lovely cation and the shared amenities with Thompson.

I was in room 712. The bed was positioned where the corner was touching the wall which created a serious trip hazard. The refrigerator was broken. The toilet did not always flush properly. I ate breakfast at the diner on the first floor. It was decent(average). The last day we decided to try the restaurant on the 4th floor. It was absolutely terrible. I got the carne asada, it had zero flavor. It basically was burnt gristle. With all that being said, all of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful.

Property was clean. Check in was easy. Room was not good. Small with a glass shower/toilet combo that was center to the room. You could see the person in the shower from the bed. The large window overlooking 6th street would have been great if you could have actually opened the large curtain. There was one coffee cup for the Nespresso. Just not a good fit for us.
-
staff was so sweet and helpful , room was super clean and comfy the parking situation was kinda shocking to us i just wish that it was on the website to make us aware of the only options being valet or parking garage which are both pretty pricey
-
Everything was great! The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Already booked another staycation here, again.

The pool was a highlight -- fun and lively, the drink service was good and I was able to get a lounge chair on a Friday in July at 4 p.m. even with a crowd there, and a couple towels. Views from the pool deck of the surrounding skyscrapers are cool, and the decor is appealing and stylish, with some birds occasionally stopping by to hang out in the trees. Free margaritas and chips with salsa and guac in the lobby for Friday happy hour was a wonderful welcome, and the coffee shop has good espresso drinks. Felt like a step up from the typical hotel, with clientele leaning towards 20s and 30s. I'd stay again without hesitation.

The room was a little small but the layout was great for the room they had to work with, we didn’t spend much time in the room as we were exploring so didnt need a large space.
-
Easy check in, friendly service and a great location. Definitely give it a try next time you’re in Austin!
