The front desk clerk was very rude , disrespectful, unprofessional, she called the police on me saying that I was disorderly, aggressive, out of line . And I was none of that and All because I questioned the policy of the 100$ deposite . Which I was told I could get my money back if expidia approved the return and nothing has been done for me to get my 80$ back for a room I did not stay in

The safety and security to get in and out. And the gym looked nice, I wish I had stayed long enough to use it. The only thing I didn’t like was I needed a chair to sit in, I didn’t like eating my food on the bed. And this place needs a pool. Other than that I have no complaints.

Nothing. I didn't like the $100 deposit required. After I paid for my stay.and had card on file for security. The other thing was I had booked my stay for July 11th not August 11th called management and could not change my reservation date.

We booked the room within the hour and upon arrival, they said they needed to cancel b/c they were overbooked.

Their management is completely and totally unresponsive, DO NOT book here if there is even a SLIGHT chance you might need to cancel or rebook and need a refund!!!

Clean room fairly up to contemporary standards in terms of clean well modled room and very clean bathroom. They charge a $100 non-smoking deposit. I checked out of room 112 on a Saturday morning August 1, 2026. I checked my credit card on Monday, August 3, 2026. My $100 deposit was not yet refunded. I called the front desk and spoke with Laurie. She did some research and finally determined that I may have to wait up to 10 days and then check my credit card again to see if the refund has been processed. I'm not happy about that system. I'm luck I checked. If the hotel management were corrupt, they could bet that if former guests didn't check within 10 days they probably wouldn't. And then it would be easy to forget to refund the $100 and less likely to have the customer remember to refund the $100. I have stayed there at least twice before. Lauria said that she could confim that one of those deposits was refunded but not the other one. I don't remember which credit card(s) I used then and both I and the hotel management know that if you read between the lines. Also, my Booking.com receipt says I'd be charged $141.61 for my stay. But my creditcard shows a charge of $144.94 to the additional benefit of who-knows.

It’s an okay place for a week or so. The laundry room can use some housekeeping because the washers were dirty. Also the elevator always smells. Overall it’s not bad.

Lots of homeless people around, dirty floors, dead cockroach, tread mill it’s ripped and doesn’t work. Lots of people drinking outside

Room have a lot humidity and smell and I couldn’t sleep well, the bed really uncomfortable and the worst part was mosquitos flying all over, first time staying here and my last one not what I expected it worst I ever been.
