Mira Cappadocia Hotel

We had the most amazing 3-day stay at Mira Capadocia, and I can't recommend it enough, especially for families! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is super family-friendly. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the owner is genuinely one of the kindest and most welcoming people we've met on our travels. One of the things we loved most about Mira Capadocia is its location. It’s nestled away from the busy tourist crowds of Göreme, which means you can truly relax and soak in the beauty of the region without the noise or rush. The hotel is just a short walk from the Kızılırmak River, where we enjoyed peaceful walks every evening. The area also has some great local food options which are authentic, delicious, and not overpriced. Do book a session at the Avanos Pottery Workshop. The breakfast each morning was simply exceptional, a generous spread of fresh, locally sourced items served with a smile. We especially enjoyed starting our day on the terrace, which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. If you're visiting Cappadocia and want a place that combines comfort, genuine hospitality, and a bit of tranquility, Mira Capadocia is the perfect choice. Everything was exceptional.

Mira is a beautiful modern boutique hotel located in Avanos. It is convenient to walk down the hill to town. Hotel is both clean and comfortable. Avanos is a lovely town with beautiful ceramic shops & nice restaurants. The owner is friendly & I highly recommend staying at Mira. Nothing

Breakfast was wonderful. Similar to other hotels but fresher and a better variety of offerings. Hotel is just a short walk to downtown Avanos. Ideal location. The owner and staff went above and beyond to see to our comfort. Perfect in all respects.

Hotel is quaint with a lot of charm. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Very, very clean. Staff was most accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful. Minutes after I made the reservation Faruk called me in the States to find out what he could do to make our stay better. He gave us options for pickup at the airport and arranged for the shuttle service. Then he arranged our balloon flight. We didn't have to do a thing. Breakfast was included and it was awesome. I highly recommend this charming hotel, and we definitely will be coming back. No reflection on the hotel, my only regret was that we flew to Kayseri airport over an hour away. We should have flown to Neveshir which is only 25 minutes away.

Fabulous room, delightful breakfast room & excellent food & great views

It was in a high location so we observed Cappadocia from top view. Nothing. It was fine.

Bespoke, cleanly and well-equipped with all necessary facilities for stay. Situated close to main road in Avanos with many attractions to occupy yourself with. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Not situated very close to main attractions in Goreme. Not close to the ballons in the morning so tourists need make efforts to view the balloons ok their own.

My wife and children really enjoyed the stay in the large family room, which has a luxury feel combined what I can only describe as cave (Hobbit feel of all those who like Lord of the rings) architecture feel. Make sure you use the communal and private outside seating areas, which for me were the highlight just sitting outside late evenings enjoying the cool breeze.

We had an amazing stay at Mira Cappadocia. The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous stay. Our room was upgraded, we had a lot of assistance in booking tours and activities with everything made easy for us. The owner of the hotel was super hospitable and was available to help any time we needed. Highly recommend you stay there!

We had a fantastic stay at the Mira Cappadocia Hotel! It's a real hidden gem in Avanos, a lovely town by the river and just a short drive from the busier places like Goreme, Uchisar, and Urgup. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was big, spotless, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the terrace; perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view. Breakfast was amazing too, with lots of tasty options. N/A

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mira Cappadocia hotel. From start to finish the service was excellent. Prior to arrival the hotel kindly arranged all the activities I had requested and the airport transfer, which was paid for during our stay. The owner was kind, friendly and attentive, as were all the staff. They could not have done more to make sure we were looked after. The activities we booked were varied and were fun and informative. The facilities were spot on. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with all the basics you would need. The rooms were tastefully decorated and there were nice outdoor sitting areas. The breakfast room was on the top floor and had a fantastic view over the town. There is a terrace also which makes an ideal viewing point for watching the famous Cappadocia hot air balloons. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. It set us up perfectly for the day ahead and what we couldn’t finish was offered to be packed up for us to take with us. The area itself is really nice with plenty of activities within easy reach by car. The town is within easy reach on foot. We didn’t have a lot of time spare to explore all of it but there are plenty of shops, cafes/restaurants, and a lovely riverside where we noticed there are gondola type boats that you can go out on the river in, probably in the right seasons (we visited mid March). If we return to Cappadocia we will definitely stay at Mira Cappadocia and highly recommend it. :) Nothing to dislike

Superb

Location, the view, staff all very good. Very nice ambience in the morning and evenings. Room was very different, but nice. A good view of the balloons in the morning. Local supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant allows dogs, which can be off putting for some and allergies. Throughout our travels across Turkey, this was the only restaurant which allowed dogs. One of the guests also had a dog, which barked loudly often and early in the mornings. Not a dog hater, but expect certain measures to be taken around animals. Would also not recommend the laundry service. They discoloured our clothes. My white t-shirts and my daughter's white dress came back grey. The family room with one double bed and two single beds which we had, also has problems circulating air to the attic with the twin beds.

one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff is so sweet, and the owner goes out of his Way to help. Getting taxa, makeing breakfast to go, when we could not make the breakfast. They even upgreadet us from classic to suite Because it was empty anyway! everything was perfect.
