It wasn't clean. It wasn't up-to-date, had no amenities like refrigerator coffee pot, microwave. Jacuzzi was not big enough for two people. Poor lighting, fireplace didn't work, and if you needed housekeeping, after a certain time you had to wait till the next day. Cause office can't open the door. And house keeping could do a much better job on keeping it cleaner!!

Poor foundation issues, hot water wasn't hot enough, definitely have a rodent, raccoon or squirrels living in the foundation of the roof area

Room needed remodeling. I came here years ago and it’s still the same. Start was amazing. Would have liked a mini fridge for my insulin. Covers had holes everywhere from being over washed. Bed was hard and pillows were flat.

I didn’t realized it was a smoking room until I booked it and I wouldn’t get a refund back. The picture don’t match old furniture whole place was nasty. Didn’t sleep one bit cause of the cigarettes smell caught a headache was not happy at all.

Left less than 10 minutes into checking in. Pictures do not match the room. They double charged us and we didn’t even stay. Room was so filled with smoke our eyes burned and throats hurt in the less than 10 minutes we were there. Do not recommend by any means.

Put a microwave and fridge in the room and it’s a cool spot for a few nights

The parking was secure right in front of the room . The hot tub was amazing it was so relaxing. I love it I will repeat it
