The room was not as described. There is no desk, Wi-Fi doesn't work, and it was very warm (Air conditioner only provided warm air). It was too uncomfortable to sleep, and I checked out early.

It was very cold in the room. We asked at the reception- we were told that the central AC was stopped and we cannot do anything. So outside was 15C but sunny, and inside the room was the same temperature but without the sun warming you up! Also there was no table or a desk to put your things on… Also the entrance of the hotel is not the one with the sign Hotel del Sole, but you have to walk around and to go through another hotel….?- kind of tricky- one Italian guy helped us to find out how to go to the reception …

Location near train station is good. Room was adequate and bed reasonable. Breakfast was good. The listing on your site said check in 1300-2000. I arrived 1430 and gate was closed and looked like a ghost town. I tried to call several times, and finally got someone who told me reception was “closed” and I would need to go to reception of an adjacent hotel of a different name, very strange. I was then led to a room in the hotel I actually booked up an elevator. Searched for stairs but there were none. Very dangerous to have no viable escape in the event of a fire. Hotel Del Sole should either close completely or get their act together, right now terrible and would not book there.
