Breakfast was very good. Many choices with quality. The door lock was not working so well.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, even bacon, sausage and egg, which is unusual for an Italian hotel. The room was spacious however some of the facilities such as the shower are looking tired and need upgrading. Some of the facilities are tired and parts of the hotel need upgrading.

The room was large and comfortable in general. People at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was rather humid. Air conditioning was functioning but the bathroom ventilation didn't work which made the room very damp. It was not possible for us to open the windows because of the wasps, spiders, and mosquitoes outside.

There bed is very soft and comfortable. I've had a very good sleep there.

We use this hotel a couple of times a year en route from England to Florence as it is well-placed just off the motorway. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable and the bathrooms well-arranged and clean. The breakfast is buffet style and generous.
